- The grounds are beautiful and unkept well. The staff is friendly and 100% customer service friendly.
- Staff and food are excellent. Location is stunning.
- The staff was amazing, made the experiences amazing. The resort was well maintained, clean and inviting. the excursions were well managed, food was very acceptable. location is very convenient for almost everything you want to do.
Cons -
- We had $100 USD stolen from our room while we were on an excursion.
- The "unlimited vacation" crowd seemed like they'd fit in better at a neighborhood Holiday Inn. Unruly guests devalue the resort. Check in process unnecessarily lengthy. Some hotel facilities could definitely use upgrading (lobby and spa area).
- The only negative that could not be helped was the hills. the hotel did a great job with transporting us when we did not have the energy to climb them after a day of excursions and amazing cocktails.

Grounds and room were impeccable, staff was always friendly and helpful, scenery was gorgeous! Loved the excursions, perfect vacation!
