Rust-Fewo-Hotel

The accommodation was central to park Europa. It was very clean and spacious. Parking available and near to restaurants

Big place with nice garden , nice staff Very clean Ac was very excellent We love the place , even my children love it

Blankets was very light

Close to the park and parking available, goor restaurant close by, large rooms and a lot of space in the house and outside, small sweet welcome present, coffee and tee maker, two bathrooms and everything very clean

nothing bad, just some things are broken, like the roller shutter

Spacious, immaculately clean, friendly and helpful owner, good facilities and generous extras (pasta and sauce for example)

Nothing- all good.

The apartment was really big, clean and comfortable. We were a family of 3 and we realised the apartment could accommodate up to 8 people. We were really pleased with it.

Our stay was good, we would however suggest if they can keep an iron within the rooms or somewhere close by the apartments.

Clean, lots of space, garden, air conditioning

Great location, large, very clean and pretty new apartment. Wonderful hospitality, help with any problem.

Large apartment, clean, nicely laid out

Nothing!

Location and size of the appartment was good, and aircondition was a bonus.

The bathtub was unusable because we couldn't close the bathtub drain cause it was destroyed. In the shower the waterlock shower attachement were all loose, so we fastened it, but the shower had barely any pressure so u had to stand in the shower for a very long time to rinse out shampoo, and the water temperature kept shifting from icecold to boiling hot. The reception was no reception cause u had to go to the restaurant and bar next door to get a hold of the persons working there and we didn't get much info from him. This was not good, so we won't be booking that room again.

The accommodations were priced very well and the apartments are super clean. Great location.

Nothing i didn't like, just understand the owner is super great, but he's busy working at night at the pizza shop next door, so if you need anything, go next door. Be attentive at the check-in time. I didn't pay attention, my own fault.

great location 5 minutes walk from europark, yet quiet place, spacious apartment with garden and outdoor seating , breakfast available, great restaurant :) Friendly staff, possibility of later arrival ... Just everything was so great that we ended up extending our stay and staying one night longer :)) We would love to come back again .. Thank you :))

Everything was amazing, service, access and localisation, quality of the flat. One of the greatest flat I’ve been too on a trip. It was super cheap for this kind of quality!

Location was very close to Europa Park and also Pizza/kebab restaurant. Shower was really nice! Owners helpful, towels and bedding very clean. Easy check in and out.

The property was generally very clean but unfortunately the cleaners had missed a poo accident from somebody all on the floor in the hallway and bathroom. The owners were very sorry but I had already cleared it up myself by that point so it did affect my opinion of the property. It’s on a main street so can be noisy with people walking past but it did t really bother us too much. You can hear some noise from apartments below and above (chairs scraping etc) however I think this would be the case in other places in Rust so not just this apartment.

Everything super clean, comfortable and staff very friendly.

Very good

The person at the reception was friendly and helpful. Much appreciated. After reaching the hotel we asked 2 hotel cleaning ladies for assistance. But they walked away from us without responding. We felt it was rude. They both didn’t speak English or German.

It was very clean, the hosts were very friendly, very good location.

Everything about this place was worth every single cent I've paid.no complains, no problems. I've stayed 2 nights location is 5 minute drive from europa Park and 4 minutes from rulantica.lots of food options and bakery just on walking distance has its own parking .Air conditioned clean and beautiful. I've stayed with 5 kids n my stay was the most comfortable. It is just as they describe in booking

There's nothing I didn't like about the place

Great location, friendly staff, nicely decorated and comfortable bed.

Could do with more storage space. There was dust under some of the curtains

Great size rooms, as described with all the amenities required and great block out blinds.

Smell in the toilet was bad, pillows were too flat, too warm in one of the bedrooms (mattress too warm?), lots of stairs up.

Very close location to the Europa Park. Very safe and convenient. The property owner Mr. Shoaib and his family are very kind and very supportive. Place is well maintained and clean. Very large rooms and nice backyard.
