Hotel am Park

Excellent location right across from Europa Park. Booked last minute. Room seemed basic but that's all we needed. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed them.

The automatic check-in was not that easy to use and I ended up having to do it twice. It also charged me twice but the reception noticed and contacted me in order to refund me.

Distance to park

Room too small, not in the main building, it felt cramped. It is misleading to post pictures for the main building which had large windows and larger size rooms. I pretty sure I paid a lot more than other guests and I ended up in a closet.

Cleaning the rooms twice a day. Later I realised that I had to inform them for cleaning

The staff at the reception are very helpful & friendly.

I stayed in B, smelly rooms, small bathrooms & small shower area.

The family room was quite big, with high ceilings and a nice bunk bed. Kids loved it. The location was amazing, directly across from Europapark! Parking was very convenient, right next to the hotel.

The breakfast was a little crazy and not very efficiently organized. Food was decent.

Good location if you are planning to visit attraction parks. Medium breakfast.

Room was smelly at first with toilet aroma therefore needed some ventilation.

Great place and location, clean rooms and super nice staff!

There was no elevator in our building, so take it into account (luggage, etc.).

Location in front of europa park just 2 minutes walking , room was clean and new specially building C , break fast acceptable, very nice pizza and supermarket beside the hotel door, and fantastic spaghetti and pizza restaurant 5 minutes distance walking ..Very easy and fast check in / out Bus station infront of the hotel door

Very nice facilities with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good with lots to chose from.The location for someone that is going to Europe Park is unbeatable (there is a entrance across the street). I could also leave my car park on the day I checked out.

The location is close to Europa-Park.

Significantly limited and narrow food options as part of the breakfast. The AC is not efficient to counter the hot weather. Also, the beds are relatively stiff, and pillows are not the best. However, the staff were friendly to provide us additional pillows.

Rooms were modern and clean with cool bunk beds with netting features, the individual lights for the beds were great. Rooms had aircon, mini fridge and safe. Bathroom has a hairdryer. Bottles of water and sweets for the kids were waiting in the room. Pillows were large and not too poofy and the mattresses were firm yet comfortable.The breakfast had a lovely selection of hot and cold food with a good selection of beverages.The location is perfect, close to the park entrance and the bus stops with a short walk to the towns restaurants.There is a handy shop out the front that serves fresh pizza and hotdogs as well as lots of other snacks, drinks and bits and bobs, with benches out front to sit at.Staff were all lovely and happy to help.

There was a problem with the air conditioning in one of the rooms making a buzzing sound every half hour or so during the night that kept waking us up but there didn't seem to be anything they could do about it?Was the only thing that caused us any issue and earplugs solved it.

The location was very good, could not be closer to the park. The street food market was another highlight, small store with all amenities that is needed and very serviceable.

Electricity outlets could be better..USB outlets would have been a plus

perfect location, friendly staff, clean room, air conditioned, a store at the door open until 10 for any quick buys and late pizza dinner.

breakfast could be better, we went around 9 with still one hour left for the breakfast time but most of them were empty and was not refilled but provided on request.

This hotel really stood out with its walking distance to Europa-Park, and its location more than met our expectations. The free parking facility made our trip so much easier. The breakfast offered in the mornings was satisfying in variety and taste. The rooms were modern and tastefully decorated, and they were quite spacious and comfortable for our family of four.

Great location, across the street from Europa Park. They have good parking. Also a mini market store, very convenient.

The room doesn't have a closet, just 1 drawer to storage clothes. They don't clean the room daily, that was a surprise!

Proximity from Europa park entrance, bus stops just outside the hotel for Ringsheim train station and Rulantica. Convenience store within the hotel. Overall very comfortable stay. Enjoyed the whole experience. Would definitely recommend .

It has a great breakfast, it's very near to Europapark. We could let the car even after the check out, and at the end of the day drive home!! You can open the window at night and you get fresh air, but still secured.

That it is allowed to smoke at the entrance and the smoke of the cigarette was coming into our room, when we had the window open and someone was smoking.
