I liked that the Hotel was near Europapark. The breakfast was good. And they have offered free drinks.

The room was too simple furnished.

Good location, decent room

During checkout, we were charged again for a breakfast we had already paid for (they never gave us a receipt). I explained to the staff that we paid for breakfast every day before entering the restaurant (as they were asking everyone to do), but that was useless: reception demanded us to pay for it again, and acted as if we were trying to leave without paying. 15 minutes later we found one of the payment slips in our credit card app and we went back to the reception. They finally believed us and refunded the extra payment. It was very upsetting to be treated as if I was dishonest or something. Besides that, check-in REALLY slow and took us almost 30 minutes. Reception was understaffed. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. Never staying at a MOXY again.

Clean, organized and good parking. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The website of the hotel, does not mention the incudes breakfast. Even though it is included (we paid extra for it) and it was fantastic.

The staff was fantastic. Very enthusiastic and had an answer for all of our questions. The breakfast was very good. Something for everyone in the family. Our 7 year old claimed the bunk bed as soon as we walked in the room.

More space to hang up wet stuff. This hotel is right by Rulantica and getting everything dry overnight was tough. Maybe have a guest accessible coin operated dryer?

Friendly staff, and very good breakfast. Location is good to visit Europapark by car or even on foot. The hotel has it’s own parking garage, very convenient.

The air conditioning doesn’t keep constant temperature in the room and therefore a bit uncomfortable.

The staff was lovely. The location is pretty convenient for going to Europapark. Very clean room and farily comfy beds. The breakfast was ok but it was very crowded, with long lines to get a glass of water or juice, and there was very little fresh fruit or vegetables available.

Lovely breakfast. Beautiful (new) building. Recognizable lighting of the hotel name in the distance. Big windows. Friendly staff. Good tv. Amazing shower. Good lighting in the room.

You couldn't close the window easily due to the curtains being stuck. I was accidentally charged money for the free coffee machine. There was no pool. There was no fridge. There were no tv's in the lobby with news. The toilet splashed when flushing. The doors in the hallway were heavy and not all had automatic buttons. The card system in the elevator was very slow.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The room was. spotless and comfortable. 15 min walk to Europa Park and transport to nearest train station was easy. There are some good restaurants nearby.

The bathroom was a little small and a small fridge or coffee making facilities in the room would make it perfect.

Everything, i mean the staff is just amazing, i mean we even get a drink for free at the Bar. Is my third time here and is allways amazing!

Fun and friendly hotel with everything you need for a short stay. The hotel is above a 20 minute walk from Europa Park and 15 minutes to Rulantica, the water park.
