Pros +
- The hotel is nice and clean. about 5 minute walk to the three-country boarder and 20 minute walk to downtown. Although not all staff speak English, they did make an effort to understand us and tried their best to help us.
- The facility was modern, the rooms were large and comfortable. Android TV had access to multiple streaming. WiFi is solid
- The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and the staff very helpful. Communication before we arrived was also very good. We also appreciated that the tour we selected to Iguazu falls picked us up at this hotel, which was very convenient. Finally, the hotel is close enough to town for us to walk back and forth to enjoy shopping and meals, and we liked that very much.
Cons -
- No outlets near beds. Only one key per room so once you leave the AC turns off
- We found out later that there was a van for the airport and we should have asked about that in advance. But no complaints.
- It was a bit far from the center (still walking distance) but we knew that when booking.

Clean, well-maintained, nice back yard by the pool, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean.
Breakfast was horrible. There was very little variety or choice. The pastries were stale and you can tell that they were quite old. Staff weren’t friendly.I was also charged more than the advertised price. It worked out as 30$ more expensive than agreed for no reason.
Quick trip to visit the falls. The neighborhood is a bit noisy with dogs barking at night. Pillows could be softer. Breakfast had some stale pastries on the buffet. All in all, good for a short stay.
The hotel room was fantastic! Very large and modern with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen - basically 2 x queen beds together. We got in late after a huge day at Iguazu Falls. Check in and check out was a long procedure and you must pay a cash security deposit. Upon checkout it took the shift manager about 5 minutes to inspect our room before telling us it passed and we got our deposit back. So they are very thorough with inspections! There’s a great pool too. Excellent value for money!
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room is big and the staff friendly. The only thing is that i would like to see more options for breakfast, not even eggs were available. But all in all, good value
Nice property but a 20 minute walk from the center. Large room. Very poor quality sheets.
Staff does not speak English
Large clean room and nice shower good pool area but water very cold
Breakfast was very bad only one fruit every day which was always water melon, dry bread and cakes ,warm yogurt no eggs and orange squash not fresh , only had one toaster for the whole hotel. Mattresses are worn out and Air conditioning in room is weak and noisy ,staff are miserable and not helpful also they take a cash deposit and give it back after doing a room inspection on check out which i have never had before.
The bed was comfy and the breakfast is good. But the forniture in the room seemed old and neglected. The password of the wifi exposed in the room was wrong, I had to go back to the reception. There was nothing around the hotel, few places to eat, but you are halfway between "las tres fronteras" and the city center.
Close to the bus stop to go to the national park. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom.Room very spatious.
Would have liked a mat on the shower floor as it was slippy.Breakfast wasn’t that varied and there were no bowls despite cereal being offered.
Very friendly staff, including Fabricio who helped us get to Ciudad del Este. Pool area is very nice and clean. Rooms are lovely and breakfast was decent.
Pros: This place was very clean, had a helpful front desk staff, and enormous beds! Our bed was so large, it was comical. If you’ve ever wanted to sleep in a bed that is wide enough for literally 6 grown adults to sleep in comfortably, this is the place for you. It was so huge, they had to sew two king sized comforters together to fit. You have to see it to believe it.
Cons: The rooms are all arranged to face an inner courtyard area with a pool. The setup makes it a nightmare when it comes to getting a good night’s sleep— people stay at the pool until late at night, and you hear echoes of their loud laughter, splashing, dogs barking, etc. We had awful sleep here. We tried using the a/c to have enough white noise to fall asleep, but even at its highest setting, the a/c is too soft to make a difference. We also found the breakfast to be really weird. There were cereal dispensers, but on all 3 days, no bowls were provided. We asked for bowls, but were told they didn’t have any and that we had to use tiny mugs to eat our cereal. The mugs were so small, we could hardly fit in a cereal spoon. It was so weird!! We had no idea what to think. What kitchen in the world doesn’t have bowls? LOL!! There were also no extra glasses, no protein in anything … but they did have a bunch of sandwiches. Why not include some eggs and sausages? It would be so easy to make this buffet amazing!
Great staff
Poor breakfast, beds saggy
Nice pool, great staff, they spoke English
Breakfast was not very good . 15-20 minutes walk to main part of town
Pool was nice, about 15 min walk from main streets, pillows were comfortable!
Passable
reception desk speaks just basic english - YES / NO / OK, didnt open breakfast place despite being ready even 10min earlier - if you plan to visit iguazu falls - pick different hotel - as you wont get breakfast before 7 here
Good location and nice Hotel with its own swimming pool.
Beds could have been cleaner as I found hair on the bed linen once I lifted the sheet and pillows underneath the covers seemed smelling of cigarettes
Friendly staff and close to everything
My only issue was no lift.
