It was near the center and the bus

The first room was broken ac and the bidet and the tv didn’t work Transferred to the another room and the bathroom dirty and no air too Third room was air and bidet but no tv The elevator was stop when I was there and any bottom was workBut after a minute I press another number and open the door No vent in the elevator No Wi-Fi in the hotel in case the emergency

It was big and had good facilities, such as a bar, restaurant, pool (if we went in season). The cleaners were very friendly

The rooms smelt strongly of cigarrette smoke. There weren't enough blankets to keep warm. The whole place, especially the bathrooms were dated and a bit broken - hooks pulled out of walls, dirty sealant in the shower, malfunctioning flush etc, All a bit old and tired

The property is 3–4 blocks from the central bus station, which is nice. It’s also a block away from one of the main streets.A nice breakfast buffet, watch out for the tour busses, if they’re in a rush to leave, they mob it.

The door to the room feels flimsy. There was no second lock inside. I really didn’t like that.

BF is ok. Pool seems good, but we do not have time to use.

Staff do not speak English so that a missundestanding happened at the beggining.

So rubbish hotel and rooms , I asked for twin room but they keep me all night moving from room to room but not a twin and hotel has a bed smell a bed bed sheets a sorest bathroom no lights and breakfast is bad too

It’s a scam

The place is a scam. Prices on booking have nothing to do with the actual price you are about to pay. They charge you around 20% extra. Cause you can pay by international credit card that add extra to the bill or play in cash in pesos with 20% tax extra. None of that is mentioned on their booking website. The worst part is that the receptionists know that they are scamming you but they are just laughing at you. + the hotel is super dirty. Breakfast is really disgusting and ac is hardly working. Really bad experience.

The location was great

Ants are in the room everywhere, wifi is not working in the room, previous guest towel was hung up in a shelf, most of plugs are not working in the room. The worst part was I told reception about the plug that we can’t charge our phone, something is wrong,,,but he said “you will check out tomorrow, we can’t do anything “

The location and the swimming pool in a beautiful environment.

Our room was dirty, smelly and noisy (thin walls). The wifi was poor and was only available near the reception. The staff can't speak English.

Nice touristic place.

No restaurants near by. Breakfast time was chaotic. No staff to help you out.

Rooms are old and in bad shape: flickering lights, windows don’t seal and the one in the bathroom did not close, we did not have hot water on the second day.

Breakfast pastries could be better, the Argentine pastries are way tastier than what is served at breakfast.

Location, pool area and staff

The shower doors didn’t line up, so they wouldn’t close. Therefore, the bathroom floor was always wet. The shower itself also leaked out into the hotel hallway. The hotel staff didn’t seem to be concerned about it.

Convenient for the bus station.

the staffs definitely want the hotel to go out of business.unclean, cleaning staff did not bother to clean the room thoroughlyreception staffs were unhelpful and slightly discriminating towards foreigners. Did not help booking airport transport, nor give and guidance around the hotel and the city.

Good location for bus station, restaurants and bars, clean bedding and linen, comfy bed, lovely cleaning ladies.

You get what you pay for ! Or in this case even worse ! Completely ignored my attempts to contact them prior to arrival both via booking.com and direct email. Very basic hotel. Mostly grumpy, rude scruffy staff. Basic, bland continental breakfast in a very tired dining room with broken chairs and torn cushions. Tables left messy for ages. No fridges, no glasses in room ( we were only allowed small disposable plastic cups when asked) no plugs for sink or bath. No hairdryer. Dirty, rusty shower heads. Tired decor, holes in the walls and doors, no furniture on balconies, wobbly tables. Very noisy hallways. Be careful of balcony door, very easy to lock yourself out ! No safes. Rooms on road are very noisy until the early hours. .scruffy pool area which really needs a good clean (including the pool !)with booming music on most of the day including the bar and patio area WiFi only available in lobby. Booked last minute so didn’t have much choice, will definitely not be back. Not enough spaces for more photos.

The pool was great and refreshing as it is so hot. The bar area for the pool was great too.

The building is older than expected but our room was comfortable. The A/C was struggling to keep our room cool with the 4 of us in it as it was older too. No wifi in the rooms either.
