- Doesn't get better. Beautiful hotel swimming pool and playground for kids. The swimming poolfoor kids was also amazing. People at the reception were super friendly and the restaurant has a lot of food. Rooms are big and coming from Buenos Aires you immediately relax in this hotel in the jungle. I would definitely come back!
- Food was excellent, compliments to the Chef!! Larger meals presented very well.Pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it.Alfresco area outside dinning room was comfortable.Staff responsive Rooms were large and cleanResort was peaceful and calm, an ambient large resort
- Location , inside the jungle. Lots of plants , beautiful setting
Cons -
- Rooms were outdated and could do with a complete upgrade, however they were large and clean.Would have been helpful if more staff could speak a little more english
- Mosquito netting on door had large holes, music in pool area
- The breakfast had tea, coffee, pastries and some fruits. We did miss a varied selection of fresh fruits (I'm being picky, the breakfast was more than fine).Because the hotel is in the "600 has" forested neighbourhood, we had to use taxis to leave and return from anywhere, even the city, there are no buases and walking there is not very practical. Fortunately, the hotel has an arrangement with a taxis crew who are always on rotation, we always had a taxi available within minutes of asking for it, and they offered discounted prices compared with the taxis in the city.

Location , inside the jungle. Lots of plants , beautiful setting
Large room, receptionist assistance with taxi, pisco sour
Mosquito netting on door had large holes, music in pool area
Surrounded by jungle, we saw flocks of toucans in the mornings from the room's balcony. The swimming pool offered a fantastic place to chill and relax after coming back from the full-day long walks in the natural parks. On the last day, we used booked the jacuzzi for the time after checkout and before leaving for the airport (the jacuzzi had an extra ~€7 cost, but that's cheap I think), and left fully relaxed after a beautiful short holiday.

The hotel seemed well looked after with friendly and helpful staff. It's out of town and has a secluded feel (which was part of why we chose it), but it was easy to get a taxi to and from the centre, as well as directly to both sides of the falls; the onsite restaurant also serves a good variety of options (especially in the evening) with a solid, reasonably priced wine list and is open pretty much all day. Unfortunately, the weather was pretty cool on the day we had left free to use the pool, but to my hand, the water temperature seemed pretty reasonable for a warm day (in September). The room was spacious with a nice balcony amongst the trees and a mini bar. We would definitely stay in the hotel again if we were to revisit the falls.
The included buffet breakfast was a little limited for savoury options, but was adequate (there are also a la carte options available for a cost).
Extremely disappointed. The room was in poor condition, with everything falling apart—broken shower and wardrobe, and the AC wasn't working for a day. We had no water for a whole day and no Wi-Fi at all (day and night), even though we mentioned we needed a room with good Wi-Fi to work. To get anything fixed, we had to inform the staff multiple times. Some staff members were quite unfriendly. The pool was in a terrible state. The breakfast was a frustrating experience—though it was all included, there were very few things to eat, and you had to ask the waiter to put up a plate for you ("please a slice of cheese, a spoon of omelette," and so on). The place is quite remote, so you have to take a taxi anytime you want to eat or use their restaurant. Overall, it was quite a bad experience compared to the price we paid.
A nice hotel with a jungle feel, large comfortable bed, very quiet. Very nice restaurant with a lot of choices, and many gluten free options.
The pool was not very clean by the end of the afternoon as it seemed to be taken care of only early in the morning. Also for an eco-friendly hotel, it's a shame they served the cocktails with plastic straws.
The staff were very helpful, the common spaces (pool, dining) were modern and well kempt, breakfast was very good and the room was big.
The rooms looked old and aesthetically not pleasing, especially the flooring and the bathroom.
Restaurant was great, the breakfast was good with fruit, cheese and ham, and pastries options, besides coffee, yoghurt, etc. Dinner service was also great - had the best bife de chorizo of the trip, including Buenos Aires. The staff was super attentive and welcoming. Their taxi service was good and cheaper than the ones downtown - ask for Juan! The pool was a nice addition where you could chill at the end of the day with a beautiful sunset view in the middle of the jungle.
Rooms were a little dated and would benefit from renovations and have few electrical outlets close to the beds than needed for all your phones. Despite that everything work and beds were comfy.
This is a lovely property out in the jungle. We watched butterflies and birds from the window in our room. The staff in the restaurant and the front desk were amazing and so was the transport service that took us to the airport in Brazil. It’s unfortunate that it was raining so that we couldn’t enjoy the pool.
We were not able to walk into town. The restaurant is very good which is lovely since it’s a bit of distance to get into town.
The swimming pool, localization in the trees
Poor breakfasts, noise from the early morning,
We liked the remote location and facilities. It felt like a resort out of town and was much needed after being in Buenos Aires
Everything was great!
There are beautiful things like garden, swimming pool and other little things.
Cleaning in the restaurant and rooms. The staff is other item for review in this hotel, they have many bad manners with their guests.
Location, service
Facilities are run down, the safe lock in the room did not work, no basic tea/coffee in the room, the breakfast was poor, pool was not clean.
Great location in the woods. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. The rooms are integrated into nature, everything around is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Large room size. Pleasant balcony. The restaurant cooks very tasty, very friendly staff and good prices. I was especially pleased that the menu has dishes of local cuisine. Parking place right next to the room on site. Very safe. We lived with two dogs. Very cool that the hotel is pet friendly. In the morning I saw monkeys in the trees, just super!
Very strange, but:There is no kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Water is paid. It's strange for this type of hotel. The policy of the restaurant at the hotel is nothing to take away, nothing to be delivered to the room. Although they made an exception for me, because my wife did not feel well. For which many thanks to the staff! The pool is not cleaned well enough, leaves floated in it for the whole day and no one cleaned them. The check-in was not fast, because at first the cards did not work, then it turned out that someone was already living in the room offered to us, while the staff went there despite the "do not disturb" sign. As a result, the settlement process turned out to be somewhat long.Pretty poor choice for breakfast. All these comments are not critical. All this did not affect our father in any way. We are satisfied with our stay at the hotel.
the pool was very nice
the air conditioner in the restaurant was not working for the NYE party
Location was great.. breakfast was good
We had a problem with our flight and we missed 1st night. We explained the situation to the hotel receptionist and manager. They agreed to only pay for 2 nights. When we had to settle the balance before checking out, we were surprised that we had to pay for 3 nights. The receptionist refused to get in contact with his colleague or manager and he only sticked to booking reservation. We came from Lebanon with 17 hour flight. We had a problem with our internal flight, they didn’t allow us to travel on time. The afternoon tickets were sold out and we had to take the morning flight of the next day. The way the hotel dealt with us wasn’t pleasant even though we liked the hotel, its facilities and assistance with activities.
the location, atmosphere , restaurant was good quality , breakfast included was good
entrance is not clear from the main road, rooms could have a small upgrade , betwe mattresses
The restaurant had a lot of vegetarian and veggie options. They were very accommodating. The pool had a bar and served food. Very beautiful sunsets.
The showers were not very warm in the morning, you could hear loud neighbours and the shower overflows a bit if you're not careful.
