    • The location was excellent

    Cons -

    • Breakfast was only ok and rooms a bit tired.
    • Reception staff was indifferent about our issues/concerns. I asked for an adapter for my cpap and the answer was I’ll try. Went back 1.5 hr later and asked her, so she turned to a colleague, open the drawer and had one there! Oh surprise there was one..
    • it was NOT a 4 stars hotel, but a very good 3 stars hotel, it should not be advertised as a 4 stars since expectations were higher than what encountered. If it was a 3 stars I would have given a 10.

    - Location. This is one of the first hotels from the airport before the main town, and therefore a bit closer to the national park. - Service. Friendly. Readily available staff, with most being very accommodating.

    - Rooms. The first room was a bit average, with a 'view' of the back of the hotel -- construction. - Cleanliness. Overall, was great throughout the hotel. *However* we did need to sort out a couple cockroaches in our room..

    Nice view to the forest

Everything old and need a renovation, there’s no massage, no kettle in the room, soup is liquid and definitely with water.

Not much. Hotel is tired and needs to be renovated. Some staff were friendly and others were rude.

The view from our room was horrible. Tried to shorten our stay after our flight was moved but hotel refused to refund us. Not in a great location: people fighting in the street outside and not safe.

Nice staff. Help us called taxi.

    Old, needs updating

Proper hotel roomBig comfortable bathroom Exceptional restaurant in the hotelGreat location for bus Great view from room

Only the price. With the same ammount of money you can stay anywhere else in the world in better hotels.

Room facilities were good and the bed was comfortable.

Dirty bathmat left in the bathroom on our arrival.AC struggled to make the room cool enough for sleep.

The room was perfect. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good too.

I felt the policy at the hotel was to distrust guests. Aan unnecessary escort to my room at check-in and having to wait for over 10 minutes at check-out because my room 'needed to be checked' is not my definition of hospitality

The hotel staff is polite, attentive and helpful. A taxi stand in front of the hotel made getting around the city easy and convenient since it is a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the center of town and the constant heat made that walk a tortuous ordeal. The room was quiet and spacious with a nice balcony and a view of the countryside.

Once again, a "double bed" consisted of two single beds pushed together creating an uncomfortably hard ridge in the middle and the individual matresses with indentations from the size of so many of the other guests we saw. The air conditioning did not work properly for the first 2 nights and not much better after that. The breakfast, as in so many places, has an emphasis on quantit, not quality, and the items do not change. A dozen or so young people with drums come together every evening across the road from the hotel banging loudly and continuously; blessfully stopping around 10 p.m. No music, just drums.

    Room was spacious.

Very dated, repair work needed in the rooms, shower didn’t drain and left pool of water, to stand in.Towels were like rags, holes in them and so thin you could almost see through them.Breakfast was absolutely dire, buffet with scrambled eggs, empty at 7.30 and asked if it would be topped up but nothing for an hour then we had to leave. This hotel may have had its day, but would not recommend and does not reflect its star rating.

Spacious accommodation, comfortable beds, pool with rooftop bar

Backyard view on building constructions, a bit out of City Center (although good basis for tours to Iguazú falls

Great location, lovely view from balcony, good breakfast, extensive Argentinian-style breakfast

Strange that check-out time is BEFORE the end of breakfast!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great view, quiet area at night.

My room was very dark even with all the lights on. The bathroom was outdated and needs renovation. No USB outlet by the bed and only one power outlet under the desk that matched my adapter; my adapter matched every outlet in Buenos Aires so I don't know why the outlets in my room here were different. Breakfast was bad: very limited options if you didn't want to start your day with sugary pastries. The scrambled eggs tasted bad; no fresh veggies (some tomato and cucumber would've been nice). Rooftop pool closed at 10 PM; I think it's early, especially on a Saturday night during the high season. Also there were a few power outages.

Hotel is a little outdated, but staff is friendly and room was clean.

    6FranklinPosted on: 1-19-2025

    Staff very helpful and pleasant..clean

Well worn..almost time for refurb..very noisy from street motorbikes till 0200..ask for room not facing street

    2YanickPosted on: 1-19-2025

    almost none

pool was accessible only when they want. But also, and mainly, they wanted to scam us because we need a late check out. The price the offered us to pay (78k pesos) for a one hour late check out (i had to do a zoom meeting) was more then it would have cost us to book for another night...This was really irritating because the manager had agree for a late check out for a minimal fee when we arrived at the hotel....
