large rooms, modest but very clean and great accomidations.

Staff, clean, very nice, ecological environment.

Distance from the town. We have problems with the door, it was locked. They changed us the room.

Ambience/ staff/restaurant served delicious food very reasonable priced

Breakfast/ shower/ very small shower.. No water pressure. Breakfast starts at 7 am and our tour started at 7:30 am .Wish the breakfast started earlier so you are not rushing.

Bed experience!!!

We booked a hotel four months in advance and literally just before arriving, we told them we were on our way to the hotel. When we arrived, tired but happy, we found out our room had already been sold and we'd been transferred to another hotel, which turned out to be much worse. And nothing could be changed. They also ruined our plans to spend a good time with our friends who were already staying at the same hotel.

Location is phenomenal, away from city, but still walkable, breakfast was very good, coffee is brown water, but at least hot. Rooms were authentic, large, with spanish mission accents , lovely jungle experience , nice pool, and zoo park was awesome

Breakfast after 930am is empty, you have to ask for replenish on everything. I dont like check out at 10am. I dont want to set my alarm on my vacation to eat and get out. It should be at least 11am. They were harassing us from 10am to leave. I dont like that. Evening guys are awesome.

I had the best sleep of my entire trip through Argentina/Brasil at this spot. The room was super comfortable. I sort of wish that I could have stayed another night because I really needed to catch up on sleep. Restaurant serves good food and the breakfast is sufficient. Very helpful staff who were very patient with my bad Spanish.

The WiFi is a bit spotty inside the actual rooms, it is part of being in the jungle though, so it's not really their fault. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint in some areas, as it looked like there was blood stain (maybe not, I don't know) on my room's bathroom wall, but they seem to be making renovations.

Very clean and the room was huge! The bed was very comfy and the people at the front were very nice. I like the hotel can order an uber to Iguazú national park and it’s very close to both the airport and national park

Great place comfortable.. make sure you walk around and see the animals and butterfly garden.. super friendly staff! Great breakfast..

The soap dispenser was interesting.. was out of the shower.. so you can imagine ?.. but overall great..

The hotel is beautiful!! I loved the architecture mixed with the nature. It is a pleasure spend time outside and inside all the places of the hotel. People working there are so charm always ready for your needs. Rooms so comfortable, big and with windows looking to the nature. The hotel is next to the Biocenter, a special place to visit that you can go for free and enjoy butterflies, crocodiles, snakes, exotic plants, fishes.

The rooms require more ventilation There was a smell in the air in one of them and I assume it is also due to the longevity of the building and the humidity

It was really cozy, clean, and wish I could’ve stayed another night. Very relaxing full of green and a nice restaurant to eat in. We had a transfer from the airport which was great too. If I come back to Iguazu I will definitely stay here.

The family room was big snd comfortable. We've got a nice balcony/terrace.The hotel is is in a green forest area, nice outdoors.

The hotel has a very nice setting, surrounded by forest.Bedroom and shower are spacious.We had two very nice evening meals.Breakfast was ok but the same every day. Good coffee. Poor Internet connection in both the reception - restaurant area and in the bedroom. Very small pool.Hotel needs a cosmetic upgrade.

Breakfast, staff, location, room, the area...all wonderful ? apart from the little details I listed below it was fantastic ?

I have a little note for the bathroom - big bathtub, very small shower space and the appliances (shampoo, shower gel etc) outside of the shower, so I needed to open the door, apply and close the door. A little unfortunate placing, but no big problem. The electrical socket by the washing basin scared me more - it was put to the wall too losely, and it was moving, so I better did not plug anything in. Due to short stay I forgot to let the staff know, so I am doing it this way....Otherwise very nice and spacious accommodation?

The location was excellent and we appreciated free pick up at the airport although we had to pay for the return trip.

Breakfast scrambled eggs were cold. Staff were slow to replenish the fruit, cutlery and napkins. Did not appreciate the extra charge to us e credit card. Tourist will be turned off with this inconvenience

The hotel was very good. Staff helpful. Restaurant very good for evening meal and breakfast.

We were told that a complementary transfer was provided. However we had to chase this and were stuck at the airport in excess of an hour.

The room was very spacious. I liked the layout of a low-rise series of individual buildings with lots of vegetation between them.The reception staff had very good taxi drivers working for them, so ordering a taxi at reception - the easiest alternative - was also the best.We landed at 0130 and were met by a taxi driver and could check in at 0230 with no problem.

The grounds and facilities are looking a bit tired.Service at reception was rather impersonal and more geared to receiving and dealing with groups. The breakfast staff on our first morning seemed incapable of noticing when anything needed replenishing and had to be asked for everything. The second morning everything worked perfectly. Very difficult to find specific rooms as the numbers seemed haphazard and no signs.

The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and the pool area was tranquil. The room was very spacious. We really enjoyed the dinner and the wine was delicious. The free breakfast was also good.

Friendly and helpful staff who helped book taxis and tours. Located in a jungle environment with access to a nice walk through the bio park. The pool is clean and refreshing, but can get busy and has very slippery deck (we saw several people slip and fall). Spacious and comfortable rooms with good AC, hot water and a small bar fridge with cold drinks available for purchase.

The included breakfast is okay if you arrive early - it becomes unappetizing as the morning progresses (stale pastries and fruit flies). We had one lunch in the restaurant and it was not good. Very stale break, limp lettuce and over dressed salad, dry and tough grilled chicken. We ate the rest of the meals in town after that. The hotel is a bit rough around the edges but provides for a friendly, comfortable and relaxing place to stay to see the falls.
