Great location with really nice views. Room was good size. Nice pool. Family friendly hotel. Nice restaurant with reasonably priced food. Breakfast was average.

WiFi in the room was weak or intermittent. Worked well in the lobby. Shower water pressure low. TV channel reception weak or intermittent

24hrs reception, good view from the balcony. The pool is good.

There’s a rly strong sewer smell from the shower, especially after rain. The Wifi is barely working, was using my data all the time. If you planning to take buses from the bus terminal, it’s a 30 mins walk/ 6000 peso taxi.

Tooms are spaceous and clean, nice balcony with view on the river and 3 country mark

Breakfast was underwhelming. Few and poor food options and bad presentation.The outside pool was filled with white water mold. Though the mold is not dangereous for humans, it looks disgusting and is an indication of other issues with the water.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, everything we needed. Location was great, easy walk to market area

Beautiful view of Brazil and Paraguay from the room. Well landscaped pool area. Nice common areas and dining room. Close to points of interest and restaurants.

Air conditioner unit on balcony leaked a lot of water making it difficult to walk in or out without getting your feet/shoes wet.

Awesome river view from room. Room was spacious comfortable with aircon. Staff were wonderful and spoke English. We’re happy to assist in booking taxis and answer questions. Yummy breakfast included. Best accommodation in town. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was good. Pool was nice the rest of the hotel. Complete disaster.

Rooms and hallways were horrible.

The property was in a nice place overlooking the river and bridge. The walk into the town isn’t far and feels safe. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

The property is a little dated, refresh definitely needed but this did not make our stay any less enjoyable.

The location, food was great, very nice pools, incredible bed comfort.

No sockets near the bed, no bathtub in the room like we booked, very pricey.

Staff were very nice, especially the young man who spoke good English.

The room and hotel facilities were dated. Must have been a five-star some 25 years ago. No USB ports, no central light switch, no hot water between 10 and 10.30 on the 2nd day, regular power cuts, and it was very noisy during the night. Could hear car music and motorbike noises.

The hotel is well located, the view is nice and the staff as well but it is not a 5 stars hotel and it’s not worth the money we’ve spent. Furniture is old, common areas as well and the breakfast is more fore a bb service. Really need redecoration and lower prices while doing it

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I know they are doing renovations, but some of the problems in the room should have been taken care of during regular maintenance. The paint on the toilet seat was very chipped to the point that it made it uncomfortable. The sliding door to the balcony was so hard to open and close we didn’t use it. I think maybe it no longer stayed on the track.

Wonderful place, lovely views. The room was great spacious, comfortable (great view), the bathroom was comfortable; had all you may need. Breakfast was outstanding, with variety and tasty food. Two pools and friendly staff.

There was someone's nail in the bathroom, clearly not mine. Disgusting. For that reason it cannot be 10/10.

The air vents in the restaurant/breakfast room are super dirty and that doesn't occur overnight. They have not been cleaned in a long time and they are a focal part of the dinning area. Gross!. - Breakfast tables were not cleaned right away, and those that were lacked partial utensils, and napkins. Yet staff walking around chatting and being unproductive. - Pool area can also use a bit of common sense... lounge chairs of different colors and pool lighting with Disney colors blinking rapidly...makes it feel cheap. - Furniture area dirty (unable to use by guests unless we clean them). All while your staff walks around in circles not being productive when there's so much to be done. Poor Management! Your guests come from all over the world as I noticed while staying there and it has the potential to being a GREAT hotel!! Yet, its poorly managed! Cleanliness, organization and attentiveness should be your TOP priority. Good luck!
