- The staff were amazing
- the beach was nice just had a lot of seaweed.
- The beach and pool was the best thing there. Unfortunately, to receive excellent service you must pay extra for the upgraded diamond room, in which comes with a butler. The Italian restaurant was a complete joke , and I¿m not Italian. Seafood was good.
Cons -
- The restaurant meals were sub standard only Dorado was good and the buffet was amazing
- This hotel is filthy. Purchasing the diamond club is not worth the money. The rooms at the hideaway are small and outdated, the toilet has to be unstopped daily. The food is terrible.
- No elevator present so if you have bad knees or is traveling with the elderly, ask to be placed on the 1st floor.
