- I love the hotels outline and setup. Everything was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the night time entertainment and the food was delicious. I would definitely choose this hotel again.
- Location, beach, pool, all inclusive; I stayed twice over a ten day period; the first stay I had an excellent butler who made his phone number available and I can communicate with him 27/7 via WhatsApp; he made reservations to the restaurants etc.
Cons -
- The hotel room had a slight odor once inside. Luckily I had lysol so that helped. The water was not hot for the shower or the sink. It was slightly warm. Lastly, housekeeping did not replenish snacks until you asked.
- The second time I stayed in the same week, different butler a total different experience; no communication, does not care, act like he does not know anything, can't help with anything; your experience depends on the butler; the rest falls in line
