Cons -
- The staff was rude and for the most part not helpful. Very few of the staff understood English which is generally not a huge deal as I do know some Spanish, but am definitely not fluent. The room was outdated and AC intermittently worked.
- Food, climate of rooms
- toilet plugged twice, no one told us that you could not put toilet paper in the toilet !!! Also , unable to get a lounge chair at the pool or the beach as people set up chairs with their towels early in the morning ,

staff was very eager to serve with a smile
