- It feels safe ,not much noise when you want to relax
- The service was great. The resort was clean.
- Staff were all friendly and helpful. Excellent Customer Service! Restaurants were excellent.
Cons -
- There's one swimming pool with no music and too dirty to get in , I asked for info and no one knew anything booking for meals a la carte restaurants is a nightmare. We had a birthday party meal but no music was provided again asking questions is a waste o
- There wasn't an elevator. There was lots of mosquitoes in the lobby area and we got bit quite a bit.
- Didn't care for the food at the buffet. Beef was tough and grisly, scrambled eggs watery, fish had bones in it. The rooms were a little dark at night, even with all of the lights on. I would recommend switching from fluorescent bulbs to led bulbs.

The service was great. The resort was clean.

The free shuttle from the airport
The hotel is way too large, some area are only accessible to some people depending of their package. There is no quiet bar open at night. There are a lot of rules. It¿s not possible to get bottled water.
