    Pros +

    • The lobby, the breakfast, the automatic water dispenser in the hallway.
    • We stayed on November. Simple and modern hotel with excellent location in front of the beach and near the shopping area. Friendly staff. Great sushi options at the bar if you don't want to book a table at the restaurant. Beautiful view from the restaurant on the 5th floor and good food for dinner. Breakfast and dinner are served in the same restaurant. November is low season, so there were few guests at the hotel, and tables were always available for both breakfast and dinner. We were given a room on the second floor overlooking the garden on the side of the building, quieter than the rooms facing the street.Parking in the same facility is convenient.
    • My second time here. Location is great.

    Cons -

    • The garage entrance process only worked occasionally. The shower/tub floor was slippery. No washcloths even when requested. Body lotion container was empty.
    • The classic room doesn't have a coffee maker (despite being advertised in the description), only an electric kettle with instant coffee and cardboard cups (seriously? it's not that much of an investment to offer ceramic mugs or glass cups!), a disappointment, not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. The bathroom doesn't have enough hooks to hang the four towels used by two guests. The shower has a half-glass door so water splashes outwards.Breakfast is very limited for a 4-star hotel, offering very little fruit and awful coffee from automatic machines whose milk tastes like powdered milk. Nothing beats a good coffee made by a barista on a professional machine. Thankfully, at least there's a freshly-squeezed orange juice machine. Sometimes the gate to the parking garage doesn't open automatically.
    • Pillows were extremely uncomfortable this time. Didn't like the sink in the middle of the room. No good mirror.

Location was nice, room size also but we paid a better one with terrace.

Mattress is protected with plastic which makes you sweat.Queen size, small for the price.Sushi smell at the entrance all day long. The space for breakfast buffet is confined and small which makes it chaotic at some point for the amount of guests.

Next ro town center and the beach. Very clean and elegant design

Bed is too soft and sheets are in a weird plasticey fabric

Great location and very clean. Breakfast very good.

A bit expensive for what it was and my ocean view room was basically for a very small sliver of a view of the ocean.

    5SeanPosted on: 3-10-2025

Location was excellent, and the staff were overall very friendly (particularly the team that welcomed me upon arrival and the restaurant manager).

    (i) I was extremely disappointed to learn that the leisure/pool facilities were not available throught the entire duration of my stay (I was not informed of this prior, neither upon placing my reservation, nor upon receving my reservation confirmation, nor at check-in - I had to discover it on my own by reading signage in the lift). This was one of the main reasons I had booked a room at this property and not another Accor or competing hotel in Deauville/Trouville.(ii) I have stayed at this hotel twice before (once in July 2023, and once in March 2024) and I must admit that this time around I was a quite disappointed by the quality of the food served at the restaurant. The dish as well as the dessert I ordered were quite bland/dull to be say the least. If I may be entirely honest, the couple that dined beside me seemed to agree that the dishes weren't that great, and not that great value for money.(iii) I'm sure this might be a recurring comment of guests that have stayed at your property, but while I understand that it may be something hard to resolve, I found it rather disturbing to have the scent of raw fish or sushi throught out the entire lobby and the main staircase...

Great hotel that I visited for the second time. Flawless experience, very helpful staff. Friendly to my dog.

    3VincePosted on: 3-2-2025

The staff were nice and the bed was comfortable

Small rooms, very basic, not 4 star. Too many guests for the breakfast. I paid for bed and breakfast but could not wait 30 minutes to get a table for breakfast. Too many guests for the facilities

    10DnPosted on: 2-10-2025

Great location, helpful personel. Very good breakfast, restaurant with a view.

    7DianePosted on: 1-20-2025

    Location is fabulous.

We made the mistake of booking a suite. The room was lovely but very expensive considering the lack of service at the hotel. Just book a basic room. Breakfast is a buffet and no table service. Had to wait for the hot food to be replenished. My husband ate his before I got mine. No champagne in the room as promised. The view from the first floor suite isn’t great and directly over the entrance so noisy. See pic.

    Good location

Towels had to be changed and facilities in the room were basic coffee making facilities but in paper cups and no milk

    7AlanPosted on: 9-10-2024

Location fir beach is great 10 minute walk to town centre

You can’t charge drinks or food to your room Car park is extremely tight if you have a big car Parking out on the road is hard as it’s very busy all the time

    6JoannaPosted on: 8-28-2024

Good location, and the room was spacious with a nice balcony.

No parking as we hadn’t reserved in advance but note there is free parking behind the hotel. Seemed pricey compared to other hotels we stayed in, in the surrounding area.

    8NicolaPosted on: 8-26-2024

Excellent location close to beach and restaurants.

I booked a sea view room and was placed on the first floor directly above a noisy bar terrace and view of the road. People on the terrace could see into the bedroom if I had my curtains opened. I suffered from migraines and the noise was late into the night. I complained about being miss-sold a sea view suite and what I paid for the view I got was not worth it. The hotel and staff were lovely, but couldn’t resolve the issue as the hotel was full. They offered a room on the second floor on my last night, but I declined as I thought the view would not be any better as you are distance from the beach. Should be marketed as a terrace view but neither the company nor bookings.com seem to care about miss-selling. When I complained to bookings.com they contacted the hotel several times to resolve but they never got back to them. Seems they both just take the money and don’t care. I will be back to the area it’s beautiful and the hotel itself is nice, just book the cheapest room and save your money, the room upgrade of a sea view is not worth it

They miss sell their sea view and when complained via bookings.com they ignored their customer service to try and resolve the issue

Front staff (Hannae?) great. Location perfect. Restaurant very good

Skimpy on towels and amenities. Skimpy on coffee and coffee cups.
