Kyriad Deauville - St Arnoult

Location is excellent for Deauville Racetrack and good for restaurants

Breakfast left somewhat to be desired

Wonderful friendly welcome!Comfortable and clean room with a lovely view of the river - good breakfast.I'd come again.

Not a short walk to town/beach - but the recommendation for taxi was great!

Flexible staff, nice view on the race field, close enough to Deauville center.

Toilet seat was dirty (yellow colour), only 2 pillows instead of 4 in the bed, bed could be more comfortable.

The Saff are fantastic the guy on evening shift organised a restaurant for us to eat which turned out to be brilliant

Not comfortable

Can hear everything upstairs. So noisy after midnight. The steps upstairs woke us at 3am. People talking and cauphing noise no stop till 5am.

Good location and breakfast. One of the employees was really helpful and ready to get me some food preferences for breakfast like gluten free

One of the employees at the desk when we arrived didn't speak English at all and the room was with some dust

The room and hotel was in perfect condition. The room felt recently redecorated. The rest of the hotel was also in good condition. We used the heated pool and it was great. The gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful.

A little too far to walk to Deuville Centre but it’s an interesting walk and not a chore.

It was really good, the staff was kind and welcoming and the room was really nice and clean.

There was no kitchen and the room was abit small.

Room is clean, comfortable not so spacious. The pool is very convenient

The distance, bit far from the beach

Have been before and it is always great. Super clean and the staff are lovely.

The restaurant was shut for dinner.

All was fair but nothing special

They tried to charge a €100 deposit agains breakages during our stay. There was no mini bar nor much to break or steal!!!

Super location for the races and horse sales.Kind and helpful staff .Great view from room and really nice breakfast

Great value so very happy

Conveniently located, small but comfortable hotel.

Some of the interior could do with updating.

The room was very pleasant, bed comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. A kettle for tea/coffer was a bonus - plus bottle of mineral water. The two young male members of staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. However. the female receptionist was rather 'dour' and needs to smile more! She reluctantly let me have a small amount of milk for tea (I had brought some but ran out) The 2 tiny containers of sterilised milk provided in the room only hold about a teaspoon and aren’t very nice.

The outside was rather unkempt (weeds and rubbish in some places, which is a pity as the area is quite attractive otherwise, with fields and river nearby. The corridors are rather scruffy and 'tired.' The elevator would benefit from some pictures and sprucing up.The restaurant was not open (apart from breakfast,) but the nearby Campanile serves excellent food at very reasonable prices..

the room was clean and good . Beside for the no AC . The breakfast and garden were good. And the reception also . My Mother came to join me for one day with no addition to the room.

I did not appreciate the no AC .

Very friendly staffs and the location is nice. Close to the center and beaches

The room was way tiny; only one mirror which was IN the bathroom; it was a hot week and there was NOT even a ventilator provided. So the price was unfairly computed for these negative points. But the again, it is what it is.

The hotel was a budget hotel with the assiciated facilities. It was clean but the general state of the building was, "dated".

The "security gate" to the pool was broken and did not function! Anyone could have entered the pool area.

The location is very nice and the pool is heated. The staff is friendly.

The carpet smelled so bad

Position , rooms and bed good just in need of updating ,

Pool tiles around need securing Fag ends everywhere outsideSun loungers a bit old and unattractive

Helpful staff and the breakfast was good

There was no restaurant in the hotel which was disappointing after a long day travelling and the bar had only bottled lager available - and according to the staff a very few left!
