Campanile Deauville Saint-Arnoult

Central location, simply but comfortable rooms

Paid 160 Euros for a very simple room for a single night

Room was extremely hot and the air conditioning didn't work. Very basic room. some hairs on the bed.

Friendly staff. Room and bed was very comfortable.

Great position, dog friendly and the breakfast was great.

The shower was not very clean.

Typical Campanile, great room, free parking, safe. Warm room.Grateful for giving me the room key at 14h40.Cheap price.

Dinner was poor: only pizza main course and the starter and desert were most basic. Maybe because it was New Year’s Day, but it still cost nearly €30 which wasn’t fair.Mattress was lumpy and seen a lot of action I guess.Noise from adjoining room was very loud. I made loud noises a few times and they stopped.

Property is very tired room 1 door locks damaged hard to close.

Easy parking. Nicely landscaped. Pleasant walk into the beautiful town of Deauville. Pleasant, hard working, helpful staff.

The electric kettle was dangerously close to the bed. I could not move it away as the cable to its base was attached through the desk. My son got burnt from a similarly positioned kettle in a similar hotel long ago. The bathroom was very well fitted out but the sensor in the sink tap was erratic so it was difficult to get water.

Excellent location. Room clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast.

Kettle didn't work .

Comfortable room, clean and in a quiet location convenient to car park on ground floor as requested.

Insufficient milk to make tea etc 2 cartons definitely not enough and reception did not have any more, but they did give us a jug of milk to use. Very few tea or coffee pods. On Tuesday we received an email saying come and enjoy our buffet. On arrival at the hotel we were told that there was no buffet, and in fact we were not advised at that point to book a table, so later we had to wait for some time to be able to be seated. In our opinion, on arrival at the hotel guests should be advised what restaurant facilities are available and whether they need to book a table for that evening.

Not a lot

No heating, faulty sink, broken bedside lights. Basically run down and poorly maintained.

Near and very nice breakfast

I find a cockroach in the bed

Rooms were a good size - double plus 2 singlesCleanParking

More of a motel/ hostel than hotelEntrance to our room on the second floor was around an external spiral staircase, which wasn’t easy with suitcases.

Excellent location and very good sized rooms for families. Buffet breakfast was excellent and good choice

Good breakfast with times to suit most people.

Rooms are pretty basic and in need of some modernisation. It looked and felt a little tired.

Close to the race course. Easy parking. Good value

Room was dark. Only one towel per person

Great location, comfortable and superb food. Great and friendly staff.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

The staff was very nice and great for the money paid

Close to the city centre, 2 kms away, so you need the car

Room was lovely and checked in during the night and everything went smoothly with getting access to our room

A large spacious room with comfortable beds, very well laundered sheets and clean mattresses. No problem with hot water, tea and coffee facilities with a good selection of tea bags.

A microwave at the reception for communal usage.

Clean, budget hotel in fantastic location.Easy, pleasant walk into central Deauville.Very comfy bed.

Nothing. All good.
