Very friendly personal, lovely people! Very cozy atmosphere in the hotel, very nice and calm in the winter. Room was very clean and full of amenities, nothing was missing.

Great surroundings good rural location and peacefully quiet

No steam room and no Jacuzzi, no draught beer on tap ! Duplex apartment had no upstairs toilets. Steep stairs to bedroom to navigate when requiring the toilet at night ! Bar staff fairly mediocre. Reception staff very helpful indeed !

The rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping and F&B are really friendly and helpful! The facilities are pleasant aswell. 10 min drive from Deauville/ Trouville.

Breakfast was not what we expected. The food wasn’t local except for the yoghurt maybe. Most of it wasn’t fresh and came from the freezer. (pastries, fruit salad, etc.) We eat better pastries and fruits at home which is sad for the price u pay. That being said the staff was really friendly and helpful

The staff were really helpful, efficient and friendly. Our stay wasn’t planned because our car broke down and we kept having to extend our stay at short notice as we waited for the repair. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating to us and made us feel very welcome. A beautiful, peaceful hotel and setting and the rooms were decorated and furnished to an incredibly high standard. The restaurant was fantastic and the swimming pool and sauna were very relaxing. We really loved staying here.

Food and beverages are expensive. The resort is a 10-15 minute drive into Deauville.

Quiet location not to far from Deauville & Trouville

Emailed hotel with a request for aground floor room and walk in shower. On arrival given a first floor room in one of the roundel blocks furthest away from the main building and restaurant accessed up an external wooden stair. Breakfast typical French style with boring choice of hot food i.e. scrambled egg and streaky bacon or boiled egg

We stayed at the hotel for two nights at the start of a weekend, and the whole experience was exceptional. Set in beautiful, tree-filled grounds, in the middle of the countryside - yet with easy access to Deauville and the surrounding area - the hotel is built in an eclectic, yet vernacular style, to reflect that area of Normandy, and most of the accommodation consists of two story, circular buildings dotted around the grounds. The onsite-restaurant is also circular. We had a huge room, which was more like a suite, in a very quiet location, yet within a stone's throw to the main facilities. We ate in the restaurant both nights, which was of an excellent standard, and there were plenty of places to just sit and relax. There was a spa and indoor pool available, which we didn't use, but I did make use of the small, yet well-stocked gym. We stayed at the start of one of the general election weekends, which is apparently why it was exceptionally quiet, but this suited us perfectly. Staff were efficient and friendly, the design of everything was very tasteful, and the high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

I really can't think of a single thing, except a suggestion of putting in a circular path around the grounds, for guests to walk and/or jog? It is such a lovely setting, but on our post-meal wanders, we kept coming to dead ends...! :)

Very nice accommodation. We stayed in a duplex. Rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Beds very comfy. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and well kept. The restaurant is also very good. Would recommend.

The accommodation pods are great - there are approx 4 rooms per accommodation pod which are set away from the main building which is lovely as you are surrounded by grass and trees. Very safe and pet/child friendly

The food in the restaurant wasn't great. Tough steak and very limited vegetarian options and the options provided were not good. The restaurant was the negative in the stay

The proximity to Deauville was fantastic a 10-15 drive and you are at the beach. The property was beautiful and the food and amenities were excellent. Highly recommend for a family stay or a romantic weekend away. Also, SUPER dog friendly.

One of the front desk clerks was repeatedly rude and dismissive towards my partner, but he was the exception. Everyone else was very nice and accomodating of us and our dog.

we have stayed many times over the past 12 years and always had an excellent meal in the restaurant. this year however, we felt that the choice of a La carte menu was very disappointing and not up to standards of such a lovely hotel. more like a bar snack menu. hope the hotel goes back to proper a La carte dining

No English channels on TV. No radio or Air conditioning.

Love all the greenery around the property. Lunching and dining on the terrace was a delight. Nice to have chairs on both sides of the pool. The hotel and restaurant staff were lovely.
