Le Trophée Boutique Hôtel Spa- La Loggia Appart'hôtel

Location was perfect.

We did park our rental car in their underground garage for a $20 fee but it was difficult and not sure we would have gotten out if anyone parked next to us. My room had a slanted roof line and the bathroom was small but I was a single and it worked. Appreciated the coffee, water, comfortable bed and towel heater.

The location, the staff and the comfort.

Room is a tad too small. And checkin too late!

Very well located, nice staff, clean and well decorated rooms, good swimming pool

Nice room, comfortable bed.

No bath in the bathroom. Shower only.

The location is perfect for my and dog . The hotel is quite clean and well equipped. It’s wuite close to the beach . We will be back again soon merci

Wish the staffs had more smiles to guests ?

Location was excellent, walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Staff were warm and friendly.

We did request beds to be separated in the second room for our teen boys. However, the message did not get to the hotel staff from Booking.com. Something got lost in translation. However, staff were able to accommodate us. Parking is a challenge. We found one free spot and left the car there over our short stay. Rooms are cozy but small.

Beautiful location

No shower gel, no soap. Before 10 morning You have nothing to eat on Breakfast (19€). I left one day earlier from there. Disappointed...

The location, the staff and the room, lots of space and very clean. Good breakfast, I've seen better but it's ok.

The bath advanced features (buttons) did not work

Great location, nice facilities and friendly staff: forgotten item’s return was kindly arranged. Also you have outside couple of general public parking spots with free parking at night

All went well

Charming seaside motel walking distance to everything.

Mattress and pillows were not comfortable. Some mold on the shower tiles. Outdoor pool shower did not work.

Nothing, Miserable and unhelpful staff, they do have a garage even though they said not? No instructions how to get out of the garage and we’re stuck for 30 mins

The bath took up 75% of bathroom so ridiculously small, tiny bedroom insufficient clothing space, no guest toiletries , no bath towels just large hand towels, no hot water for a bath, tea and coffee were atrocious - overpriced for what we got - would not stay again

Good location- enjoyed the swimming pool as it was quiet and intimate - room was comfortable , well furnished and good size

No parking but not really a problem as was able to park for free only 50 yards away

Great location, friendly staff, good size room.

Never spotted any bar staff, I would liked the chance of a drink in the evening.Strange having to ask for coffee pods and replacement water.

Location and swimming pool

Breakfast

The location is stunning right beside the beach and the main streets of Deauville.

Contrary to what it is said the facilities are not that well. Jaccuzzi is closed while pool is understandably closed. Hamman and sauna shows in the hotel description with no mention of added price. Breakfast available at the property has to be decided upon arrival and no later than 9pm which is problematic on weekends. We choose the room category because of my companion stay 2 days earlier in the same category but has moved to another one due to high demand on Thursday. However they made him check out stay with no room till night. The staff is unfriendly for some of them with no professionnal approach. The linen weren’t changed while we had a dirt on it + towels are not given in extra.Shower is unessy to use and you need to stay sit down in order to avoid water drop

Good central location

Disgraceful service experience- required to move room at 11pm on second night as the toilet was not working. The room we were moved to stank of cigarette smoke. There was no apology, no discount & the manager was rude & disrespectful, to the embarrassment of her staff. An awful end to our trip.

Center of Town

Problem - No flled shower gel in shower...Asked twice to resolve- nothing. Heating not working, Věry cold room.

location of the hotelnice space room

not clean roomno service no refill water, coffee or tea

Location

No wifi, leak in the lobby and terrible smell when entering the hotel

Great location, very nice staff and nice outdoor area with pool to relax.
