Villa Augeval Hotel de charme & Spa

It was my second time at Villa Augeval. No regrets in my choice; this boutique hotel is very comfortable, well-managed, has a very good breakfast buffet and a very courteous and friendly staff. Will go back.

Nothing. All very good.

The surrounding area of the property is nice. The room are clean and comfortable .

I do not like the shower situation in the bathroom. They have a bathtub and with the adjustable shower head . However, if you take a shower standing up , you will splash water everywhere and wet the bathroom floor and so forth. You need to sit or aqua pot whatever. It is definitely not comfortable. There should at least hand shower curtain to prevent that from getting every thing all wet! Also, in the middle of the of the night, the air vent duct bracket fell from the wall . It is a good thing we did not get hurt. My sister reported to the front desk and perhaps is the language barrier, they smile and says sorryAnd did not investigate further. ?? Do not think I will stay there again.

Super comfortable and very charming room, in a beautiful property. Full of ammenities, and a superb location.Breakfast is amazing, with croissants fait a la maison

Nice room, wellLocated hotel, good breakfast

Welcome could have been a bit warmer.

Well located, nice staff, good swimming pool, clean cute boutique hotel

Very nice and helpful staff. The heated pool.

Ashtrays on the balcony. The smoke of the guest beneath us. There was no standing shower although nice bath ?

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, private spa, free public car park

Easy and affordable in a great location

Nothing really , rooms are a little small for a couple

Super clean, great rooms and service. Looks better in real life than in pictures. Feels like more stars than it claims to have. The staff is very helpful, they took care of everything and didn’t even charge me for a forgotten room key. They also helped me recycle the broken suitcase, I could just leave it in the room and they took care of it. The territory was amazing and looked super cute. Didn’t try breakfast or spa, can’t say much. The outside pool was obviously closed — I was there in October. Is situated next to a horse stable and a church, quite authentic.

Everything was great. They don’t have their own parking and it get get crowded on the free parking next to the building in high season. The doors slam a bit too loud, so if you like to sleep a bit longer, it can be a bit annoying.

The staff tried to accommodate all of our requirements, the rooms are extremely cozy

There is no restaurant in the hotel only room service

The hotel is very cute, with extremely helpful staff! Perfectly located, and a fantastic breakfast.

Unfortunately there is no gym.

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable room. The whole hotel was immaculate. The service received from every member of staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of variety. The staff member at breakfast was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. There was a lounge area with a bar where we were able to sit and play board games. The hotel was conveniently located to both the beach and town centre where there were a wide choice of excellent restaurants.

absolutely nothing

spacious and comfortable room quietly situated at the back of the hotel. Nicely decorated breakfast room

The corridors and room need updating. Some parts are a bit rundown

Beautiful building, spotlessly clean and a lift for suitcases. There was free parking across road at church or roadside.

No restaurant for evening meals but think you could order if done in advance. A bit of a walk for restaurants.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean and staff all really friendly.

Very nicely kept. Clean spaces and comfortable rooms

Our bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain and the shower head had to be held by hand. The lighting in the whole room was terrible for putting make up on!

very comfortable and quiet room. Hotel very well located for everything in Deauville

the bar was not very well used and lacked atmosphere

Spacious room good air con and comfy bed

Room not ready at 4pm check-in.Bathroom door handle fell off at first touch, obviously known fault.Single coffee pod each and having to buy a biscuit to accompany it seemed quite tight given the cost of room.Seemingly nowhere to get a drink in the evening.

Easy to reach Clean and great atmosphere

The scent of the flowers as you walk up to the entrance, the comfortable bed, the well equipped bathroom, the view, the breakfast, the pool, the close and free parking.

The only critique would be that the walls are pretty thin, so noises could be heard easily. Also if you are a light sleeper there is no way of making the room completely dark.
