Villa Odette

Really enjoyed the available facilities such as the pool. There was also a lovely garden on the premises

slight delay in the follow up from staff. Our room got missed by housekeeping and this was raised with the front desk. We had to chase up a couple more times to have our room cleaned

Very good location, the room was clean and comfortable.

We were staying for one night and we arrived in the morning but the check in was too late (at 4pm), so we basically entered the room after 6h of waiting. There is no possibility to pay extra to check in faster. The spa is very small and it was very crowded (no spa rules inside the spa/ very loud).

very good room,We didn't use the pool.

No Iron or Ironing board.I know i could have asked at the reception but a hotel should have one in every room.

Lovely rooms, great location and underground garage ( extra charge and pre book) Good choice at breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.

Central location. Cleanliness. Quiet. Quaint. Good parking facilities.

We liked the location close to the town centre. Car parking underground was good.We liked the breakfasts and the Spa.

We would have liked some milk sachets in the room to use for coffee, we asked at reception but they could not provide any.

Villa Odette is close to the town center and to the sea. Has clean and comfortable rooms and the reception staff is very helpful. All in all, a great stay!!!

The hotel is in a superb location, just minutes from the centre of Deauville. We easily walked to bars, restaurants and the beach. You couldn’t ask for more in that respect. The staff were friendly. The pool and spa area were great and lovely to relax in after a ‘tough day at the beach’!

It was pretty warm when we stayed and the room was right at the top of the Villa - and REALLY hot! We could have really done with some air conditioning. We opened the windows but not only did it not cool down the room but really noisy with the seagulls! The only other minor point was we reserved parking but when we arrived, we were advised to park on the street. It may have been because we arrived late and the lady on reception didn’t know about the parking but that was a shame as we often had to park quite a way from the hotel.

very clean and spacious. very good breakfast choice and very pleasant staff.

maybe suggest a mat in the bath so prevent being slippery when showering

Room very nice and clean. Staff was helpful.

Price a bit too high. Neighbourhood not too quiet. Staff could have been a bit more polite.

Super clean. 10 min walking from the beach. super comfortable. Staff 5 stars. super friendly.

Everything was fanstastic.

the location

Check in super late and check out very early, they were not flexible with the timing

We loved our stay at Villa Odette. It was a very welcome break after driving around Normandy & Brittany. We loved everything about Odette from the welcome from reception to our very well appointed Villa. The spa facilities was enjoyable. Loved the location.

Everything was perfect.

close to the town center and seaside which allow to go for visit for dîner for leisure for shopping. easy !we rent a room for four with our kids no issue to have two separate rooms nice stay ! the pool is nice and allow rest and wellnessability to have a car park n

Staff is friendly. As sign of "Villa Odette" need to be put in the street, as I had to call the hotel to know that it is inside La Closerie.Property is clean.

No Air Condition in the room and this was not mentioned before.Staff dont know if the room has AC or not.Mattress is so used and need to be replaced.

location close to the beach and restaurants

Definitely not worth the money. The room was very basic and noisy. you could hear the people walking around in the room above.

good location

we arrived and the room weren’t ready on time. we had to wait an extra hour in the lobby, and on top of that the staff was being very rude to customers. when we got to the room, the 2 person bed was simply two 1 person mattresses put next to each other, which moved all night and ended up being so uncomfortable. a real bed would have been the minimum expected.
