The room was nice overlooking the port of deauville . Huge TV screen . Nothing to complain about Breakfast was very good also

The staff . Not that I didn’t like , they were respectful but I had a small misunderstanding. At check in , she told me price was extra 45 euro . It was because i asked by message for a complementary 25th wedding anniversary and they I accepted their offer which I didn’t . So she told her colleague to remove the sweets and bottle of champagne from the room . It was not proper thing to do given she misunderstood . Anyway , it would have been a good gesture to keep them

The location is great. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and stores. Room had a view on the small harbour, which was nice. Hotel restaurant served good food at a very reasonable price (had dinner there).

The price was way too high for what we got. The room was VERY basic. One little table with one chair for three people. One of our pillowcases was dirty and so were some of the sheets. The bathroom did not have a window, nor any ventilation.

Good location, okay price

Rooms are small. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room though it was a room for non-smokers. We asked to change the room but the other one also smelled less but the same. The stuff tried to solve this problem with an air filtering machine, but it didn't help.

Great location, comfortable bed but the breakfast was pretty naff. Pastries were delicious but the cooked food was terrible.

We needed a hotel for a group for one night after a flat tyre meant we had to change our plans. Great staff with a fantastic response to our problem at 9pm

Its central position and an excellent breakfast. The friendliness of the staff.

To just have a bottom sheet not big enough to tuck under mattress and the very plasticky mattress protection. A fitted sheet would have been better.

Good location. Near the unmissable l'Essentiel. Electric charger around the corner. Reasonable price. Good beds in the twin rooms. Plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel (in November).

Reception staff so rude. Everyone can have a bad day, we are all human. I have never ever been treated so rudely in my whole life of travel, i have been to 50 countries! Caffe and restaurant staff very lovely?

Great central location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great having a balcony for stress free stay.

Parking garage is workable. Very tight spaces. Does not have a lift to the garage which means that suitcases have to be carried upstairs to lobby through tight stairway. Not very comfortable and should be considered by management
