Treacys Oakwood Hotel, Shannon is located in the heart of Shannon’s town center, next to the Skycourt shopping center and only 3.2 mi drive from the Shannon Airport. The Wild Atlantic Way can also easily be explored from the hotel. From the hotel, Bunratty Castle and Folk Park are just a 9-minute drive away, while Ennis and Limerick are 20 minutes’ drive from the hotel. Free parking and free WiFi access is available for guests. The interior of the hotel has a contemporary design. All of the rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished with shower/baths, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The contemporary feel of Sophie's Bar provides a place to relax and unwind. The restaurant offers an exciting twist on contemporary food accompanied with a varied wine menu. The Cliffs of Moher and the West Coast are 56 minutes' drive from the hotel.

- nice hotel with good restaurant and bar.
- Excellent location for air travel to and from Shannon. Very clean, pleasant staff.
- Great location super close to airport and a lot of shops. My suitcase broke and they were able to direct me to the perfect shop to get a new one for a good price. Very knowledgeable
Cons -

- The thinks we didn't like: The black mold in the bathroom, a bathroom door that closed, an AC unit that worked, the smoke smell, and the quality of the food. Wish I eat at McDonald's instead of the restaurant.... would had been a better meal.
- No, but it would be nice if the hotel had airport shuttle service.
