Polite courteous staff. Clean rooms and good space for parking.

Food overpriced and not upto the mark.

The staff was the only good thing about the hotel - polite, courteous and helpful.

Stained bedsheet, cupboard door mismatched, main door slightly defective.

Breakfast is good .Location is also heart of the city

Maintenance.. The bed sheets and blanket covers are dirty with stains .

Title: Fantastic Stay at Hotel Ginger Jamshedpur!I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ginger in Jamshedpur from February 23 to 24, 2025, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The food at the hotel was simply awesome! The menu offered a wide range of options, and each dish was prepared to perfection. The presentation, taste, and quality of the food were all top-notch.The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were attentive, efficient, and ensured that all my needs were met promptly.What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional courtesy and behavior of the front desk staff. They were warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home.Overall, my stay at Hotel Ginger Jamshedpur was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in the city. Keep up the great work!

However, I must mention here one aspect that needs management's immediate attention - ensuring availability of a kit of essential toiletries, which should not have been missed by the hospitality group that are head and shoulders apart from the rest!

Rooms were not clean when i checked in.. used pillow cover was there. Basic hygiene kit was not provided like toothpaste.

The plumbing no hot water and the flush was very weak

Price of food was a little too high for pocket.

Breakfast buffet and service was nice. Food tasted good.

Bathroom shower did not work properly. Fridge in the room was not working. Furniture was not well maintained.

While booking, the room showed different and we got totally different.All through, while discussing with the reception guy, i found many of the people were having the same hard conversation about this issue.The toiletries were not given , that was chargeable, the slippers were not given which was also chargeable, all though these facilities are provided even in 1 star ⭐ hotels.Room charges are high as compared to the room allotted.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was calm and quiet, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and pleasant, always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. i asked for normal water and he was rude saying sir minral water is chargeble and asked me to take normal water myself from dispenser not serving my room extremely dissapointing

Nothing too expensive , and no value for money. Ac was not working. Can you imagine paying rs 4000 with no ac working in this hot weather and they have no solution for this. No shower in bathroom.

The location was good

There was some peculiar smell and even the washroom was smelling too much.The linen given to us had stains.Overall it was not worth its price.

The room was not clean, the window had no grills. The lock was broken, the sink pipe was broken and when the tap turned on, the water spilled over everywhere. The napkin holder was broken, there was pubic hair on the towel, the bathroom door was sticky. It was a typically Tata experience, just like Air India.On the other hand, the food was surprisingly good. Only the kitchen and the downstairs area seems to get the focus, the rooms are almost made for not inhabiting.
