Excellent clean spacious rooms

The place is clean and it has a nice restaurant inside.Food is delicious and staff has been very kind with us.

There is a terrible background noise running the whole day until late night.I think it was some electric motor of some industry located right beside the hotel.You definitely need some earplugs.It has been very unpleasant during some moments, especially at late night.

Cleanliness, fresh bed linens, clean and hygienic washrooms, quiet neighborhood with greenery, friendly reception staff.

Small room with cramped space in bed front, low shower pressure in washroom, dal tadka served in room was quite spicy and unprofessional restaurant staff trying to serve adulterated jam (mixed with butter) during breakfast time.Also while quiet neighborhood location with greenery is appreciated, it is also a hassle if you don't have your own vehicles. Finding an auto or explaining the location to an auto becomes a problem, because most people don't know about the hotel.

Food is delicious...Staff os professional..great value for money

The buffet breakfast spread was an adequate and healthy way to start the day with. May be another non-veg item ( e.g. sausages) would have raised it to another level.

I had done the booking through Booking.com and I would WARN customers not to rely on the informations regarding the property mentioned in the Booking.com. Though it was mentioned in the app that my booking was confirmed and I have to pay at the property only. But immediately after the reservation was made I got a message from the hotel that my booking was on hold and I must make an advance payment to confirm my stay. This also made the offer of "free cancellation" within the given time frame,rather doubtful. AND this was not an isolated experience for me while booking through Booking.com app. I had similar experience earlier this year with my booking at Darjeeling at the "Magnolia Residency" and my booking was confirmed only after I made the advance payment.

Cleanliness, staff behaviour, food quality is good

Clean room, big size bed with luxurious mattress and pillows, hot shower and good air conditioning. Location is good, not too far from attractions, yet in a peaceful residential area with green trees around. Best thing about this place is the restaurant - excellent food! The complementary breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Staff were very professional and friendly. Loved our stay here ?

We stayed here for 2days. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was good. The stay was comfortable. The food was hygienic and tasty.

We are professional golfers so the location of the hotel was very fitting for us - about 5min from Golmuri course. We were also really happy about the hotel restaurant. We have tried a lot of food and never had any problem. Last but not least, the staff was absolutely amazing. Trying to provide a best experience possible every single day. Thank you so much!!!

The bed and toilet was clean.

1. AC was not working, requested multiple times, changed room, still the same.2. Room service was too slow3. On request of extending for 1 more day, they just doubled the room rate.PS: Train or change your staff.

Staff behaviour is good.

The geyser and the tap were not working. They couldn’t fix the tap even after complaining. Cleanliness was good until the plumber came with his dirty shoes and ruined the bathroom floor. The behaviour of the staff is good but it’s of no use if your issue is not resolved. They do not accept cards everytime, I paid to some employee’s personal account via UPI which seemed a bit odd.

The hotel is brand new and really clean. The staff is courteous, helpful and quick.

Management and staff are fantastic. The bed was so comfy. Location was perfect, just outside the horn beeping zone and so quiet. I normally don't eat in hotel's restaurants but I got there late evening and had a meal and it wad delicious. And a glass wall for the shower was great, no flood in the bathroom.
