The Rajgir Residency Hotel

The location and parking facility

The food, competency of staff, facilities

The food was very fresh and good. Check in and checkout were smooth

The bedsheets were not fresh. The guests in next door room were very noisy.

Very good location and spacious rooms

Very rude front desk staff, washroom lock broken

It was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The bed was too soft for the senior citizens. Hard beds would be preferable for a good night sleep. Nice ambiance and large rooms. The front entrance looks very attractive with beautifully greenery around.

Absolutely neat and clean with spacious rooms and a large parking area. The food in the restaurant is also good. Fresh linen and comfortable beds make your stay osy and comfortable. It ticks, all the right boxes for a traveller.

Nothing in particular.

Very good place , good staff.

No clock inside the room or allleways

Location, spacious room

Cleanliness should be improved. Dusting in the room of furniture not done properly. Management should also cater to guide travellers or customers about the place, which was lacking.

Staff, amenities, cleanliness, food

Beds and walls

Good courteous staff.Good buffet breakfast and dinner.Clean rooms and toilet. The Manager helped personally for my car booking.Good location with clean environment.

Nothing as such. One has to be careful while walking on the corridor, there are level differences at places one may stumble if one does not see the warning sign posted at such places.

Location.

It was my family trip, we booked three rooms. Hotel charge is like a 4 star hotel but facilities in the hotel is like 1 star. Electric Kettle, Tea Kit, shaving kit, tooth brush kit was not provided in the rooms. Overall bad experience.

Ambience and location

False promise at the time of booking that the rooms have kitchen ware and fridge.

Serving staff behaviour was very nice

Seepage spots in room as well as in bathroom.Small screen tv. The hotel needs renovation.

Staff was super friendly. Location is nice and the hotel property is spacious with adequate parking. It is also at prime location considering how close the kund and the gurdwara are. Nalanda Ruins is also not very far.

The quality of the rooms is lacking considering the amount of money we paid for them. Food in the restaurant is a little overpriced.

The property is near the Nalanda University site so ideally located for us. Property is tired and needs some refreshing. Staff were helpful.

Waited for breakfast until after 8am when a limited and basic offering was bought out late.Requested 2 single beds as per their bed option choices and this was not provided despite hotel not being full and them being aware of the request.

I liked the location and the staff . The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The place tough old was clean and cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay .

We had reserved a double large bed but were given twin beds which made it very uncomfortable for us as the child also had to share the twin bed with us. . The breakfast was good but the food is not for pure vegetarians . If you are a vegetarian then I would recommend you to look for another staying option .

Breakfast was as per the standards and Mr Nair went out of his way to meet every requests made including when ordered room service. Mr Kailsh the Manager was very prompt, efficient & professional and he even provided BBC & CNN Channels as well as Wi-Fi in the room when it became erratic. His leadership qualities in grooming his staff are commendable .His staff like Mr Sanjeev & Santos in the front office and reception are following in his footsteps.Overall all the staff are very courteous, polite and very prompt.

It’s a beautiful unpretentious and well maintained space. The restaurant serves tasty food. Quiet location and close to the Japanese temple, Brahmakund, Pandu pokhar. Great service by the staff.

Friendly behaviour, cleanliness, quality of food & menu. A perfect place to spend leisure.

A few more varieties during Dinner was expected specially on non-veg part.

Location is perfect, near to Kund of Rajgir. The swimming pool facility is good, cleaning is good. The staff is nice. All meals available. Must visit place when you are in Rajgir

Location was superb, overall excellent place to be.

To start with, you food . Wasnt what I expected, not up to the mark, and you definitely have a lot more to improve in this area. Also pool was not clean.
