Hotel Viraat Inn

Worst type of services. TV was not functioning. Food was not upto the mark. Cleaning and change of bedsheets were not done during my stay. A glass was broken previously, but charges was paid me. Bathrooms were not cleaned regularly.

Very very bad services rendered to the boarders. Henceforth, I never suggest any body to book this hotel.

Nothing to Like There

No Working Lift, No Working TV, No Working Intercom, No Water in Bathroom, Not Clean Room. Bedsheet was Very Dirty. I Paid Rs 4000/= in online Payment in Advance. I enter in Hotel approximately 9.30 AM but Saw the Room I left from there about 3 PM and Book a other Hotel and Stay there. So Please Contact the Virat Hotel and Refund my Advance Money Which I Paid Online to Virat Hotel.

We stayed there for a night, and regret that we chose this dirty place- nothing like a hotel room it was.

1. Access to the Hotel was very poor -muddy, clogged water, smelly rubbish strewn just outside the gate.2. There was no in-room tea/coffee making facility AND no breakfast in the hotel.Next time if we go, will try some other place.

The food served in the room was moderately good. The hotel is located close to the Gaya station.

The hotel surroundings were very dirty and unhygienic. No regular room cleaning. We hired car twice through the hotel. On the first occasion, the car came late by one and a half hours.

Only thing we liked is the excellent location. It was so so convinient. .

TV and the small fridge provided inside the room were just for namesake. None was operable.

The Hotel receptionist admitted me at 2AM on 14.12. 2022. . They forced me to Pay Rs:300 for early check in at 9AM. I had to Paid 300 in addition to actual rent. I checked out 11.45 PM on 14-12-22.They behaved very rudely. You Never send Parties to this Hotel.

Nothing is there to talk about. Very old building with poor facilities, dirty room, dirty linen, unhygienic, non functional gadgets, response to basic needs like hot water for bathing is very very poor. Over all very bad experience. Would think twice before booking hotels thr' Booking.com

Mosquito menace, shifting to another property during stay, slow response from hotel staff, dirty and unhygienic room.

it was really central so you should definetly walk from railwaystation!

the price was way higher than what we are used to for similar value of room. Staff tried to convince us to go somewhere with him and did not realize we did not want to, we had to ask three times for it.

Hotel is near the railway station

The guy on reception didn't know any english words, and did his job veeeeery slowly. He didn't know password from hotel Wi-Fi too. The old guy Ranjeet asks a tip, but his work is so bad too. The room was very dirty, I saw some bugs on the bed, air conditioning is not working, also bathroom hasn't a towel and hot water.

I could not like this hotel.
