Treebo Baby Pearl

Rooms are big enough, bed, mattress, washrooms are also good as per the treebo standards.

Hotel is little inside from the main road. Restaurant facility would be appreciated.

Manger is behavior is veery bad. He don't know basic ethics. He is short tamper guy. He not even know how to talk with guest.Not recommended.

The staff was very supportive and helpful

The rooms and the beds were dirty from previous use, toilet flush was broken

Staff was bit ok except that everything was below average.

They served some poha , bread jam and a banana as continental breakfast and the room was a bit dirty with very small washrooms. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. AVOID.

Nothing worth liking

Taking payment advance and then you leave client to face all disabilities. Phone not working, no restaurant, no Closet, no Tea / coffee / machine. It looks more suitable for lovers who must be using on hourly basis

Location is bad. No restaurant. No restaurant near by. Out of city.

There was nothing to like.

It is basically a marriage hall with rooms. Not for families. Only single person was there to take care of everything and he was also not professional. No restaurant. If you want anything they asked you to order online yourself. These treebo hotels are not for families. Treebo hotels are below average. This is the second time I booked treebo and the hotel was same as before, below average Hotel location was very much outside. We were only occupant at the hotel. No one was there. Tv was not working. Bathroom and toilet is very small. Its very difficult for a person to take bath. Price is very high compared to facilities.I had to leave the hotel after first night only. My second day booking money was wasted.

The pricing . At the hotel it was 1500+400 for extra bed whereas on booking with treebo I had to shell out 2800Extra matress was too thin , bed sheets , towels were not clean No cups in the room to prepare tea in the room . No toiletries provided . Everything was to be begged.No breakfast was provided earlier as requested in my booking instructions.

Staff was friendly

The rooms were unclean and not well maintained. Plus it is further away from the city.

Location

The tap faucets seperate for hot and cold water. I burnt my hand. There was no first aid kit.

Breakfast, Service

Breakfast was given at 9 am, even it was informed previous night to provide it between 7:30 and 8 am. Hence it become late for further work.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff was good.

Couples not allowed is not a good business idea. You must allow couples for overnight stays.

1st thing they tell me that unmarried couple are not allowed in this hotel. Then they check with their owner and told me that the owner gave them permission to allowed unmarried couple. They said we mentioned this detail on their web page but here on booking.com I have not seen this details.

There are details I have given in above snetence. And please respond to me. And I am not going to book anything from this site where information is not complete. Be sure you guys check with hotel first then add it to your page.

Would not recommend anyone in future

Ambience was poor. Linen was overused.I was asked to pay in advance by giving misinformation, after I booked room on booking.com. As per T & C, payment was to be made at the property.
