Room was spacious with comfortable bed

1 - dth was not working only few free channels to watch2 - a/c remote batteries not working3 - Hotel is located in auto parts markets area & no food restaurants available nearby for breakfast and lunch4 - No coffee tea powder, sugar, milk powder & maker provided

Need improvement. Breakfast serving in room is not good. Tea got cold by time you finish your breakfast.

AC was not proper cooling. I was offered another room and found similar AC problem.

Nothing.........worst place to stay.............Never stay in FABHOTELS Imperial Regency Indore. They are cheaters, rude, unprofessional. FABHOTELS customer care don't provide any support, so it's better to find some other better options.

The overall rating of the Fabhotels Hotel Imperial Regency is WORST1. Staff was rude and unprofessional. 2. Check-in was provided at 3:03 pm even when the customer arrived at the hotel reception at 2:15 pm. At 1:35 pm, it was confirmed by the customer to the hotel that he is arriving in 30-45 minutes. The room was not even prepared or cleaned for the customer. The official time for the customer according to hotel rules was 12:00 noon. Even after check in at 3:03 pm the bedsheets were still dirty and the staff was asking for more time for cleaning and was arguing that why these dirty bedsheets matter for you? 3. We made multiple calls to FABHOTELS customer care but no support was provided. 4. Blocked water wastage system.5. The wardrobe was damaged.6. Glass was missing from the visitor door hole. So it was a direct attack on the customer’s privacy. 7. The bedding was super bad. The springs of the mattress are directly felt whenever we sit or lay on the bed.8. The towel provided by the hotel was super dirty.9. Staff was challenging the customer to take whatever action customer wants. Staff clearly said "we know that we are not providing you correct service room, treatment and services but we won't do anything. You can do whatever you want.” 10. Door chain was broken.11. This is my worst experience.

Bed not good, service also not good, cleanliness not there. No value for money

We had an amazing stay at FabHotel Imperial Regency Indore! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options. The hotel's location is also perfect, close to all the major attractions in Indore. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Indore.

Nothing, absolutely nothing.

1) The location of the hotel is not one where a family can be taken. It is in a commercial area where shops close by 7:00 p.m. and the streets are deserted.2) The room should be ready before your arrival. Inspite of having paid and confirming our room was given to other guests and we had to wait for an hour for the room to be vacated3) Poor facilities - Geyser switched on only on request and for a short period, toiletaries given when asked, had to pay for water, no table to keep things, only room service available - no cafeteria space, no coffee/tea in room

It was on the main road

1. It doesn’t look appealing from the outside, the ground floor is an auto shop.2. The bed and bath linen need to be replaced with new ones. Though clean, the whites have turned grey over time.3. The water from the geyser was lukewarm at best. Not at all convenient when staying during winter months.

Most of the working People in this hotel are efficient and friendly

Breakfast fast literally one Aloo paratha and tea. I didn't drink tea and asked for coffee. Also asked for another Aloo paratha. I was charged for 1 Aloo paratha and two coffees.

Completely different from what is shown in the Booking.com site. Location is bad and to reach hotel is also untidy and uncomfortable. Overall experience was bad.

The room was big enough and kept clean. Located near to the station but not walkable distance

The location is very odd as it's in the middle of a motor tyre showroom. None of the rooms have an actual window so only AC is an option. Breakfast included means 1 paratha and 1 tea which was disappointing. We didn't enjoy staying in that room at all.
