Cleanliness, Ac was not working and we have to change the room during mid night. Reception staff that night was absolutely not friendly

Poor hygiene standards. The staff kept delaying the room service & made us wait forever & still didn’t end up getting the right stuff we asked forThe flush wasn’t working, kept breaking down and we had to nag them to change our rooms The broken flush in the toilet was washed in the sinkNobody was available for late night checkin and to help with luggage The staff isn’t trained enough to handle the guests

The property is good and lavish

The bedding were old and not changed and in fact they didn’t have the cleaned ones

1. Costs are too high. They charge food, cab service, etc. at very high cost.2. They arranged a party just near the rooms and very loud music was going on till 3 am. It was very uncomfortable.

Staff was really helpful specially shyam, balram and Sushma I did not like the receptionist behaviour she was quite rude tho or maybe she does not know how to treat a customer apart from that every thing was good

Front staff,Buffet menu ,though not huge but varieties were there .The manager at the restaurant was courteous and looked personally at every details .I especially liked the serving and attentiveness at the table .I invited my friends for NH 44 buffet dinner ,which they liked much.

The location is not popular.There is no shop outside the hotel for general necessity.The security was only single layer which is dangerous ,there was no one to pick my luggage in the lobby,so I had to do it myself.The hotel lacks swimming pool and also a bar which makes it a 2 star property.

AC was not working properly, breakfast was not appreciable. Overall there could have been more options for breakfast. The sausages and salami served was very dry and tasteless. Papaya served was raw and hard.

Rude staff, non-cooperative, bad food, endless complaints

All the staff were gentle, except the Manager at the counter, who made our chk-in experience so disgusting.

Check in was sort of harassment and Manager continued to disturb even an hour after the check-in...such a horrible experience.

Lot of noise due party in the premises. Loud music was playing till 2 AM. No staff at entrance door, so you have to carry baggage.

Booking.con cheated me as I went with 2 children and had to pay ₹3k extra

The rooms, location, cleanliness and tariff.

Its only the food part. The breakfast menu is a joke and it’s the same thing repeated each and every day. The service being provided during the breakfast is not at all acceptable, though there were only 10-12 guests for breakfast but still the time being taken to serve the live counter menu is not justifiable. The room dining menu also has very limited options so you may be stuck ordering the same thing again and again.
