HOTEL LOCATION IS AT MAIN ROAD IN DEWAS, CLEAN AND GOOD STAFF.

Staff was good, I checked late night and thanks to 24 hour front desk who took me in with no delays.

Room size could have been better but thats okay

The location is very nice. It’s on national highway. The staffs are good and professional. Special thanks to Balram for his professionalism. For a short stay this is the best hotel to stay in entire civil lines.

The rooms beds and mattress are not comfortable. Washroom cleanliness to be taken on priority. The hotel linens and amenities should be provided upon check in and should need to maintain extra clean.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was nice and helpful

The place was decent.I had a comfortable stay at the place.Beautiful location and clean room. Will definitely visit again some time soon and very good view of the city! Lovely visit again.

Washroom was neat and clean. Cooperative Staff, Good environment, Spacious Room.

Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Comfortable stay. Good spacious rooms.

Co-operative staff Everything was superb The hotel was nice. So clean room. The staff were lovely.

Disappointing

Initially The staff was not cooperating. And they also didn't provide breakfast properly just gave a paratha and tea while there was buffet available

After conducting research, I selected Utsav hotel. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!

hotel is very clean and hygenic.
