Staff was good. The hotel is very close to sarafa bazaar. They accommodated our request to change the room.

Very poorly maintained property. Lift & some lights don't work. Rooms, beddings, etc were shabby. No hot water as well. You have to borrow an electric geyser. They also don't provide breakfast. Not suitable for families.

Dark, dirty, noisy, bad neighborhood, they don’t allow foreigners (they kicked me out after one night)

Dirty and worst place to stay

Rooms and bed was dirty , TV wasn’t working, no hot water available.. pests are everywhere like cockroaches

Old unclean property. Unhygienic bathrooms. Issue with the lift. No privacy, can hear people walking in corridor, can hear people taking bath. Very dirty bedsheets. Ply used in Interior is falling off.

Everything!! The location was in streets, no parking (he took extra 150₹ for parking), bed sheets were stained, washroom was not clean, complimentary water bottle was not packed. Ideally it was kind of a hotel where unmarried couple comes for fun. A perfect oyo place if you are in those kind of stuffs.

I went there to check in, no staff was available. No cleanliness, rooms on 3 rd floor & the lift was not working. Geyser was not working. Don't go to this hotel. *I DIDN'T EVEN CHECKED IN THE HOTEL*

Nothing but only the location

Everything! The hotel is very unclean and the staff is very cheap and not trained at all. When we checked in the bedsheet literally had footprints on it! So the staff changed it but the new bed set was also very unclean. There was no hot water available in fact the tap was not working properly when i wanted to turn the water on, the tap literally came out in my hand. And the worst part was there were cockroaches everywhere, we were just waiting for the night to pass and leave the hotel as soon as possible. Also, they have mentioned that the hotel has a lift and because of my mom’s old age I booked the hotel but the lift was also not working. I really wanted to make my mom’s indore trip memorable but this hotel disappointed us to the next level. I recommend please do not ever stay here and spoil your whole mood of vacation.
