The rooms did not meet Marriott's cleanliness standards. One of the three rooms had a distinct odor, prompting a room change by the hotel. Furthermore, the bathrooms exhibited unsatisfactory cleanliness, with rusted & stained accessories and leaking bath

There was a light that would not turn off. I tried to sleep with it on unsuccessfully. I called the front desk. A very nice young man from the Engineering dept., and from Orissa, came at 1:15 am and quickly and efficiently solved the problem! Shout out to him!

Breakfast amenity are good.

All is well but bed it's very small that is not comfortable for two person and bathroom is also small not good for relax ?

I was very happy with the staff, very friendly and helpful. Always attentive going out of their way to make you feel welcome and assist any way they can

Breakfast and evening buffet was a bit repetitive for an extended stay.

Worst room.The washroom was very dirty...Washroom is leaking.The view from the room was also very bad...Ppl are drinking alcohol openly day and night which you can see from the room view.Complained many times but no one can listen.Requesting many times for room change but they didn't listen.Never visit again.

Front desk staff were hopeless. Have charged me twice for the room. Once on 18th on our arrival and 2nd time on 21st at the time of departure inspite of informing that it has been charged. After arrival back at Goa, I checked my credit card statement and found that they have charged me twice . I have informed Fairfield Marriott Indore to refund the amount. House keeping was poor, no face or hand towels in room, one has to ask for it. For 2 days they did not clean the room inspite of informing the front desk while going out in the evening one 18th.

F & B staff and chef were extremely good, curtious and humble. Food was good.

I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott, Indore, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations, especially considering the brand's reputation.Firstly, the room service and hospitality were extremely slow. Basic requests like towels took a long time to be fulfilled. I had also informed the staff about my itineraries, but there was no follow-up or assistance from their end. The overall responsiveness was disappointing.The most frustrating part of my stay was the valet service. The valet not only mishandled my car but due to clear negligence, the front side of my car was damaged. No one took responsibility or even apologized sincerely. Despite this, I had no choice but to drive the same damaged car for over 700 km. This shows a serious lack of care and accountability.For a hotel under the Marriott banner, I expected far better service and professionalism. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the standards of service and guest care.

The hotel location is good.

IT IS NOT MARRIOT.We reached there at 3 pm and that is their check in time. But we waited for more than an hour as our room was not ready. Finally, we had to yell at staff to get our rooms. Earlier, they just said that it will be ready in just 5 mins. When we got our room, it was like they opened it after many months. It was very smelly and for that they sprayed room fresheners but we were not satisfied. Again we had to ask them to change our rooms and then they did it in the evening. Staff was not cooperative and it was nothing like Marriot.

Clean rooms. Room services. Food. To summarise the best was Professionally trained and energetic staff.

The breakfast buffet tables could be arranged in single row. Terrace is under utilised. Space in front of lift is also under utilised. In short relook is seriously needed and restaurant decore needs upgrade.

Staff is very sweet and overall everything was good just that the bathroom was really smelly

Over charged rooms. Small rooms. Old tap fittings in the toilet. Housekeeping staff not upto the mark. While cleaning the room didnt put hand towels. Even food was not that upto the mark. Overall i would not recommend anyone or my relative as what room pictures they show on the website is totally opposite when you check in room. Front office not that aupported. Mr amit was little bit but my experience as first time there in fairfield was bad experience.

Rooms. What is shown in the website is totally opposite with what they allocate. Also rate is too much as per the property.

Goodnplace to stay. Nice ambience and courteous staff. Rooms were clean
