Treebo Omni Palace

Abysmal hotel with all renovation material & cement dust everywhere & slowest elevator on the planet

We were cheated by bot informing in advance the property was under renovation

Ambience facility breakfast

Breakfast was good. Staff were very smpathetic and helpful. Location was good, no noise heard from room and inside hotel lounge. Would definitely advise this hotel to acquaintances in my country.

Nothing to say coz hotel gives value for money.

The staff was very cooperative and nice. They provided with all the necessities and the breakfast was very delicious.

Value for money. Excellent location. Situated in the heart of the city. Polite staff, good size room, clean toilet.

It would be injustice to identify any dislike at this price..

Breakfast is superb. The serving staff is very polite and they deserve a thumbs up. Yes, the reception is warm

Very clean, prime location, well mannered staff& excellent food

The hotel is very nice, both in respect of location and value of money. Particularly to mention its complementary breakfast which is superb.

The look of the rooms could be improved, in respect of the old fashioned.

Cleaning.

My train was late by 2 hours. No one called me for late arrival.

Food at the restaurant was fabulous. Clean food, simple yet very tasty. Full marks to omni palace here.

Rooms were dirty, cobwebs in the washroom, leaking taps l, dripping g water always. Linens were not changed . Stained toilet bowls. The carpets looked like they were not cleaned for ages. The room always stinked of wetness upon entering. Overall bad experience. Not worth a 3 star hotel.

Lokation

Bedsheets, towels, toilet gun, water not comming forcly while using

Pleasant

Towel in bathroom,bedsheet&rug,walls with humidity

The hotel rooms were clean and the location was good, it was in the market place.

Staff were illiterate and argumentative for no reason and was rude too.

Ease of booking and location of property.

BF was good.

Cleanliness to be improved. Odouring rooms. Old property.

There is no bad smell in bed as well as in the room.

The bathroom is not well maintained. Flush and shower are not working properly. The tea kettle is not clean properly.

Just location.

the pictures of rooms are false and does not confirm the reality. The breakfast is just 2 variety of course. The dining area is not clean. The towels are not clean ((

The location is good. It's centrally located to all the tourist places. The staff at the reception is good and well behaved. Check in and Check out is very smooth.Rooms are pretty big in size.

The property needs major maintenance. All the Rooms have some smell and the management is very casual about it.While the bathroom is clean, the bathroom tiles and taps are dirty and rusted. Even broken in some places. The AC in one of the Rooms we booked was a window ac, it made hell of noise but we had no choice but to keep it on.The other room had split ac but it wasn't cooling enough. They did not provide toiletries, we had to ask for it. They even did not replenish the water bottle on the next day.The towels are very hard and harsh. The passage is very dark, They can have more lights there. Even the Rooms can have more lights.

rooms have dark carpet which makes it very depressing property is very old from insidebreakfast was good

carpet
