Good hotel location very nice. Good breakfast. Food quality very good. Hot water 24 hours available car available Om Kawar Ujjain all site. Staff very helpful my family room one day stay good.

Only location was good.

There was no lift. (Booking.com should clearly indicate absence of lift as a basic feature) Staff was unfriendly. Room, bed spreads, bathroom were dirty. No morning tea or coffee up to 8:45 AM. No chair in the room. No hangers in wardrobe. Towels were not given.

Hotel is in good location near to Vijay Nagar. Staffs are cooperative. Inhouse cooking is available. Safe for family.

Stains on bed cover, smashed locks/catches on wardrobe, burn marks on floor where cigarettes had been stubbed out, lights in the room just coming on at off at random times. The second worst hotel I've ever stayed in (the worst was also a FabHotel).

Very bad facilities the hotel owner do not money to pay electricity bill after 20 min ac automatically ac offed hole night suffering after 2 hr 3 am fan also not working full not sleeping the hotel owner and service fake good ratings this type not have 1 star like

Did not like Everything and it is sad that we trust booking.com for our stay and with an 8.4 rating for this hotel, we literally feel cheated. This hotel premises does not even fit for 1 rating. Am very much sure not to trust booking.com ratings while looking for a hotel in future.

Safe hotel & good staf

Location was good. Got a family room which was big enough for a family of 4+1. Rooms were clean enough. Staff were helpful n cooperative.

Not many options with inhouse kitchen. Blankets n bedsheets are not as clean as expected.
