Hotel New Sunder

Very good and supportive staff. My senior citizen parents stayed here, and the team was extremely polite, kind, and helpful throughout their stay.

The location was good, walking distance from the station. The breakfast was nice, quick & tasty. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Washrooms were clean with toiletries & hot water running. Perfect for a short or long stay. Value for money totally. They had a cloak room which helped us keep our luggage safe while we explored the city.

They can serve a buffet breakfast since it took a lot of time to serve. Rest everything was good.

Room was clean, bathroom was spacious and clean

Some Reception staff ..not eat food behind the reception hall... where we can eat I asked..... Order and eat in your room.....In my room the dining facility is not provided,hence we eat on Bed...At the time of checkout, one staff person brings the Bedsheet to reception and exhibits three small curry oil drops... This was at the time of morning at 4:30...we moved towards the airport to air Hyderabad... (exactly three drops like half rupee coin size....) Shameful thing...I will never visit again thanks a lot Rahul ?

Re eption not friendly nlt sofe spoken with Gust. Thier is not past or brush available in bathrrom. not night light in rooms. balcony doors not close properly safty is concern. word roof door not open and close properly.

Staff member Dharemendra is very kind n helpful to us during our stay. He is very polite n helpful. Hotel rooms are also excellent and food is very nice.

AC not working , RO water is not good

Nothing here to like about this property!! One of the bad experiences......

Their policies are like garbage box. During booking they told me on call about AC Room and WIFi but after reach no wifi found and room has cooler only no AC.

The hotel is closer to Indore Railway station ... and most auto / Ola fellows are familiar with the Hotel location... they serve decent food as room service promptly

It needs to improve really on cleanliness front ... bedsheets and entire room gives uncomfortable feel due to dust layer... staff will do whatever you ask them to do , but they wouldnt go out of their way probably as per instructions... kettle was not provided ... no separate restaurant .. not everyone would like to eat food inside the room ... One always gets a feeling that within same budget one could get other similar hotel in the city with better facilities .. if the management really decides , it can make it much better keeping focus on basic comforts of customers ...

Bad stay

Worst experience. The staff was very rude and asked senior citizens to come to reception twice for a small payment. The room service denied to even toast a single bread and demanded money for same. Poor management and staff quality. Not recommended at all.

Room was clean and food was reasonable but not tasty.

The staff was not friendly. The bathroom floor was slippery. Gave false information regarding the room. Said that the room will have cooler and later denied.

Bathroom is good, a very small room . Accommodated four beds in a double bed room. I paid 3427 for one night. Pathetic service. One.small.closet. no hangers to hang trousers. Not a good room for the price. Overhyped review
