Great hotel, good room, great beds and bathrooms and good buffet breakfast.

Double payment, first requested full payment on booking 2 months ahead and then at reception too. If customer does not pay attention, I am not sure what is the outcome! Why such a reputed hotel should ask for a prepayment that too in full? and not just 5-25%?

Location of the property

AC of our room wasn’t working properly and even after informing the staff they didn’t do much. The breakfast wasn’t upto the standards. And someone stole a rayban sunglasses from the room

Location was good. Breakfast was good.

Very smelly room. The old bed backrest cushioning should be renewed.

Breakfast had limited options but tasty. Because we were around the holiday period (holi), staff was limited so there were delays in getting refills, tea or coffee

The hotel didn't have their first aid box updated with some essential items, which i think they can get

Great location, close to the railway station and within easy reach of shopping malls, ATMs, etc. Taxi and auto options plentiful. Good buffet breakfast, although small range, but usually with South and North Indian options everyday and tasty. Room was clean, of good size and had adequate storage. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The entire hotel has only one size of pillow (thick). People with neck or spine problems can only get a rolled up towel as an alternative. This is completely unacceptable. It would cost the Hotel very little to have a stock of thin pillows.

Excellent experience of stay. Courteous staff. Great location.

My refrigerator was not working, they came and check it up and never come back to repair it. Service is not that great.

The location was good, and the breakfast was nice

The hygiene is questionable in all sense. Unclean and stained bedsheets. Unbearable smoke smell in the non-smoking rooms. Do not take driver recommendations from the hotel, we got cheated by the driver.

Property is not well known brand but still hotel is maintained as brand hotel. Very clean, staff was good. Room was well equipped with all required amenities. Breakfast test was one of the best.

Breakfast was good but very limited. Looking for 4 star hotel should have more items and choice. Still test was one of the best so no major complaints.

Hotel Winway needs improving the breakfast and dinner menu.It need to be more tastier..Doa idli upma need an improvement

One of the best stay for me. Very clean spacious rooms and comfortable hotel.

Food was bit spicy to some people so better customize it while placing the order.

The location was perfect and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was also great with a lot of options.

The staff could have been a little more accommodating. We reached the hotel earlier because of our train timing, and we had to wait 6 hours before we were checked in. When we requested for another room for just those few hours, for charge, we were told that all the rooms are completely booked. Even if they did not have any rooms, they could have atleast asked us if we would like anything else, like breakfast
