Have booked for 5 members, but they took extra for 5th person, saying it's not visible in our system, whereas it was clearly shown on booking.comWe had to pay only then they let us stay.No action is taken by the support person as well

Bedsheet was not clean when we asked him to change then he told us no staff is available to change the bedsheet.In the breakfast he provided us only a small to poha with a tea.No ventilation was there .

Small room according to price and staff behaviour were worst ever Door locks of bathroom were broken Even the bed was not comfortableThere is no response from hotel side Even they show the 3 adults price but take extra 500 RS for bed roll Worst experience ever ??

The location was so good it is exactly opposite to the khajrana ganesh mandir with a good market nearby.

Really enjoyable experience! Super comfortable beds, an excellent shower, and gorgeous decor. The team was kind and usually smiling. They seemed really interested in making the visit satisfying.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the space was perfectly maintained. I really liked how cozy the room felt.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to visit nearby.

Overall, I had a great experience at hotel, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean.

The rooms were okay but not hygienic. Blankets were worn out and pillows were quite dirty. Washroom was not cleaned.

The staff was very unprofessional. The manager kept on threatening us of the owner's powerful links as he was a known criminal of the city. He asked us for extra charges if we wanted to spend the night at the hotel that we were finally forced to pay.

Nothing. It was a horrible place not suited for stay

The staff was poorly mannered and kept us threatening for consequences if didn't paid extra charges. The hotel manager behaved like a goon and abused continuously. The place is owned by some goon from Indore and staff leveraged his name to pressurise the guests.
