The cleanliness and staff behavior, was good.

Hot water wasn't really hot, might be I should have waited more.Kommod was higher than normal causing some uncomfort.

Room size is good.location is also near by the highway and also can facility available near by the hotel*.Staff member also provided the good service.

There is no segregation in the hotel between smoking and non smoking areas. Entire property smells like a common smoking room. Should be avoided by families.

We didn't stay at the hotel and shift to another hotel

No resturant, they informed that they will provide few items in room only, kitchen smoke were in the lobby. Staff was not responsive. No backup for the lift we used stairs for up and down from 3 floor.

Loved the Downtown Location and Atmosphere. Just about name it and you’re within walking distance.Service was Terrific and Room was 5 Star.

I absolutely adored the room, ambience, and food. The staff was incredibly supportive and polite. Whether it was dinner or breakfast, the taste of the food was outstanding. The team was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. The restaurant managers were eager to assist as well. Every member of the staff felt like a personal host, making our experience truly memorable.

The room was loud (the walls are thin and we had some loud neighbors), but on complaining to the front desk, were somewhat quieter (still audible enough).Hot water was mostly just lukewarm.
