Townhouse Oak PTC Indore Junction

Nothing at all

WE booked 2 rooms months in advance and had a confirmation as well. To our surprise, when we reached at the hotel, they told us that they are sold out and they don't have any rooms available. When we tried to explain them about our confirmation they mentioned that we need to contact booking.com. We had luggage, kids, and it was late evening. We had no choice but to leave. We also noticed that the photos on booking.com is extremely misleading as the property is no where close to what it claims!!! The hotel should be removed from booking.com.The property didn't honor the confirmed reservation done through booking.com.

very nice hospitality and nice room service and sujit sir from reception was very cooperative over great stay

If you are visiting Indore or nearby place, definitely try Hotel PTC. Peaceful stay, good staff behavior, and nice service. We will surely come again, special thanks to HM Lavkush, Sujit and Ariyan for making our stay so good!

My stay here was really good. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked fine. The staff were friendly and always checked if I needed anything. The place has a nice vibe, and it felt safe and homely. Food options could be a bit better, but overall I enjoyed my time and would happily come back.

location of the Hotel is very good, i enjoyed my stay all the staff member were very supportive they guided me for omkareshwar temple vist and they also shared me some good places to vist in near by the hotel location like 56market, zoo for my kids. best hotel for stay in indore??

Location close to the Railway Station. Room was good.

Lift was not working and hotel is on the fifth floor. Complimentary breakfast was not available even at 8:15 in the morning, had to go without breakfast. Towels had holes.

I had come to this city for an important business meeting and was a little worried about how things would go. From the moment I checked in, the staff made everything so easy for me. They quickly arranged a clean, comfortable room where I could prepare my presentation peacefully.Next morning, I needed some prints urgently and didn't know where to go, but the reception team immediately guided me and even helped me get it done on time. The breakfast was served on time, which really saved me before rushing to the meeting. Thanks to their support and smooth facilities, my stay was stress-free and I could fully focus on my work. This hotel is not just about rooms and food, it's about people who genuinely care about your comfort. Truly grateful and I'll surely stay here again. and special thanks to the manager Lavkush and the his assistant manager.❤️?

Hotel ka experience bahut accha raha. Room clean aur comfortable tha, staff bhi friendly tha aur har request pe turant help karte the. Location bhi convenient hai, aas paas sab facilities easily mil jaati hain. Khana bhi tasty tha. Overall stay kaafi accha laga, definitely recommend everyone.

It was my first time coming to this hotel, i enjoyed my stay and the food test was really good and as expected the overall experience was very good with the price they offer. i ensure i will come again at PTC hotel only.

Nothing as such except the behavious of the staff which was good

They first said they have no connection with booking.com so kindly sit we will see if we have a room. After an hour they said fine we have a room, but you cannot close when you go out as the latch is broken

We stay at Hotel PTC was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff was helpful and polite, and the service was excellent. We would love to visit again - highly recommended in indore.

the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, clean, and perfect

Clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed.

I got a total of 5-star experience at hotel. The luxurious accommodations, serene surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation.

Roooms were good only.

No one helped in picking up bags and keeping in room, due to rain there was heavy flow of water coming from AC and flooded in the room. Multiple powercut and had to stay in dark for long time. Parking was pathetic with all debris surrounded. further, I was asked to pay in cash and I had to withdraw cash from atm and then submitted. Not at all recommended.

I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, clean,

We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services, and excellent room views. I highly recommend because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff.

The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment

They do not have an inside Restaurant also not provided complementary water bottle. It's very difficult to go inside its placed in the building having very compact shops. Staff charging 500extra for early check in even my booking is for 24 hours
