Very poor behaviour of entire staff may I'd be front office, housekeeping or Room Service. Hygiene a big concern. Really not a place to stay in these time.
We made an overnight stay at this property and found it to be more of a business hotel. Pros - -located in heart of the city. -dinner (ala carte) was decent- breakfast - though limited spread - was fresh and tasty - rooms were sanitized well
Cons - - very small rooms- petrol pump roof view from the room!- congested parking

Staff was rude. When asked for a different room, they tried to explain why this was better. Room smelled a lot.

Washroom is bit small but in my suite there were 2 washrooms which compensated!

This is one of the finest hotel in indore. Staff was excellent. Very good room service.. they have taken care all cleanliness. I can say its pure value for money. Breakfast was awesome. Staffs response was too good. Overall I can rate 10/10. Not seen this kind of hotel and service in last 5 years.
