Location, staff and service, room size, facilities and breakfast - all exemplary.

AC was a bit loud and noisy. Their front desk is always busy as they have only one for a big hotel if their size.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms.

Thought breakfast was included, so I was surprised with the additional bill. However, the meal was good and the price reasonable.

Not worth staying, in the same amount there are better options

Rooms were not clean, bathrooms were smiling, used soap in the bathroom, soap dispenser had hairs on it.

The staff at the restaurant - Ms. Neha, Mr. Devendra, Prasanna - were warm and very cordial through out my stay. The chef Ashok took extra care to provide tasty breakfast - special Indore dishes.

There was leakage at the bathroom - Bath Tub. The shower and water tab - needs repairs. In spite of selecting shower tab - water flows from both shower and water tab.

Value for money

There was no cold water in the summer heat. Plus the water ran out. We couldn’t shower and had to check out early.

The staff could have been more responsive about our complaints and requests. We don’t need to much amenities just good service and basic needs like water to drink and water to bathe in the tap!

The receptionist Neena,Zeeshan,Aman were kind enough to extend our late checkout and also gave us complimentary breakfast, During the breakfast Neha and Rupesh helped us too and we liked the hospitality and behavior of the staff, Special Thanks to Neena, We will visit again

Lemon TREE is one of the best hotels to stay in style . They even gave us an upgraded king room as we were a couple . The location service comfort everything id on point . When u enter the hotel , u feel luxury with the interiors of the hotel as all rooms are centrally placed with capsule lift . Breakfast had an amazing spread with all varieties and karat has and dosas and omelettes being served hot at the table .on request they gave us an extended checkout of 2 pm as our flight was of 4.15 pm . We also saw specially abled people serving as waiters and at housekeeping service which is a part of the hotel policy and a very good initiative.. The hotel is located at 30 mins distance from airport and railway station . Will always prefer staying here while I m in Indore Thanks Lemon Tree for the extraordinary hospitality. Though the hotel we stayed was from 25 yrs everything was well maintained and spicy and down.

The experience was really great all the staff took good care of us, including our specific food requirements.They took really good care of our kid... It was a really nice experience thanks a lot, Ashok, Neha, Manfool & Kama..will surely come again...

We liked the interiors and location of the hotel. Pleasing.

Like many in MP, this hotel did not have paper napkins in the rooms. We had to ask. The rooms are now worn out, and the furniture needs repair.

The Courtesy presented by Mr Gautam, Ashok, Prasanna etc and others also. Personalised services and take care of each person.

Property was great with ample spacious room. Staffs are flexible and had a comfortable stay overall

Air conditioner was not good.Intercom was only working at number 0.

Primarily location and staff, especially staff in the restaurant who went to lengths in getting us food that were not spicy(since we do not eat spicy)

We were initially given a suite on the 2nd floor that gave a view right on a neighboring rooftop from which the non-stop noise from (apparently) generators were being heard in the room:we could not sleep during the 1st night. It staff at reception found a solution and we were able to move, the next morning, to an equally large suite that was quiet , clean and had a lovely view.

Chef Ashok from the coffee shop was an ever smiling fa e welcoming us and enticing us with his delicate ies. It was quite a treat.Mr Batta at the reception was very pleasant, helpful, any courteous. All in all, excellent service

The cups in the room were dirty.

Location was convenient for me.

This place is so poorly managed, I’m shocked that it’s got such a high rating.AC, hot water for showering, dirty bathroom, safe not working etc in my executive suite.Unresponsive front desk and housekeeping.I had to move to another hotel after 2 days.The staff need to be trained better in general but especially to handle complaints.Very poor management.

First- location is excellent! If you are looking for a central location that's close to airport and station, close to Chhappan, Sarafa market and Rajwada...this is the hotel! Very conveniently located with auto rickshaws plying regularly. Also, tons of shop around...Second- room size was really bug. Excellent for 3 adults.

Hotel seems to have aged and not too gracefully. You can easily witness the cracks and wrinkles.Staff aren't that efficient. Very warm and welcoming yet rather slow in response.

Service charge and taxes on service charge on food bill. Thats unethical

Neat and tidy room, Friendly staff, Conveniently located.

Breakfast could be better in terms of choices.
