- The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

- The rooms are filth. There are spots and remnants of previous occupants everywhere.Dustbins were filled with garbage. Commodes were broken. Seats were dirty. Bathroom doors, floormats were so dirty that it looked like that it was never cleaned.TV was there and doesn't work in any room. We were deceived to checkin in a room by asking a prepayment and then never supported by the intermediate agency -> reservations.support but even questioned us that why did we checkin when we didn't like. We had no choice at that time (around 2300hr+) as I was with elderly people and we were all tired then. We called several times during the day and requested that everything is clean but to our misery we were offered the dirtiest accommodation ever seen. All false information and unruly people. This hotel should be blacklisted. Shame on everyone involved.
