Very comfortable and warm hospitality at Aceotel Inn Flamingo I stayed at Aceotel Inn Flamingo at Indore while visiting Ujjain mahakal jyotirlinga and Omkareshwar jyotirlinga. Both were 54 km & 107 km drive from the hotel. I used to feel so relaxed and cozy once I used to return after a long ride and tiresome day. I think it was my one of the best hotel experience in a 3 star hotel in Indore. Totally worth every penny .Thanks for Valuable stay at your hotel. Thanks to every staff of Flamingo Mr. Shivam, Mr. Vikash, Mr. Fahim & Mr. Ajay and Mr. Ravindra.

Location and price

Their demands for offline payment before arrival for confirmation

Aceotel Inn Flamingo was decent place for budget stay. Rooms could have been bigger and better though. Staff is cooperative. Place is clean and well kept, toilet is bit dirty and the room is quite small but well made, but only they have Smart TV available to watch TV, small kettle and cup for tea or coffee, chair to sit and relax.

Rooms was not bigger

Two nights at this family-friendly hotel Aceotel Flamingo was a superb, posh location were a true delight. The staff's politeness and attentiveness, especially with our one baby, made us feel truly cared for. Our rooms and amenities were impeccably clean, and the fresh towels added a excellent touch. The food quality was excellent, and room service was impeccable. An exceptional experience that left us thoroughly satisfied! We will definitely visit this place again whenever we plan to go to Indore.

All the staff treated you like family not guest. Thankyou Acetoel Flamingo Vijay nagar

Location good

Small Rooms, Cleaning not proper.Staff behaviour not good.Fully packed room, No ventilation or sunlight.

Location

Not clean, bathroom very small & after bath water is coming out from bathroom & there is no foot mat.there is no handle for shower valve. No bathroom exhaust fan

Location and rooms are new and clean.. location is good

Toilet taps broken.. soap solution and hand wash solution pump not working.. lot of mosquitoes... refused for food service .Not even tea and coffee in the morning...

Only the overall look of the property

No Support Staff, unclean room extremely unhygienic. Infact seems like more like a OYO Property where couples are coming and enjoying.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aceotel Inn Flamingo , Indore and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. As a mature couple, we often seek out hotels that prioritize comfort and accessibility, and Aceotel Inn flamingo truly exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Right from the moment we entered the hotel, the staff greeted us warmly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff members were incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our assigned room was spacious, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the quality of the linens was top-notch. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful details, such as a well-placed night light and easily accessible switches that made navigating the room effortless, regardless of the time of day. One of the standout features of our stay was the hotel's commitment to accessibility. The ramps and elevators were well-maintained, allowing us to easily move around the premises. Grab bars in the bathroom and shower provided an added sense of security, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff was always available to assist us whenever needed, making us feel secure and well cared for. Last, we cannot praise the staff enough for their exceptional service. Each interaction was filled with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. They were always ready to assist us with a smile, offering helpful suggestions and promptly meeting our needs. Aceotel Hotels was an absolute delight. The hotel's dedication to providing a comfortable and accessible experience for mature guests was evident in every aspect of our stay.
