Hot water in Bathroom was not up to them mark, Smell in Bathroom. More clean room was expected

I made online booking and paid the amount but They asked additional cash as said they are not getting enough amount from booking online

Courteous staff, Attitude towards Guests Particularly Mr Arjun singh and Mr Kapil understand the difficulties of guest and helped Accordingly They are very professiona,l communicate thru walkie talkie between the teams and all demands are immediately responded

Nothing as such Changing their tie up with Driver (Sanjay seth) will help them to grow in future

No cleanliness indore is the cleanest city of India and this hotel is the exception no cleanliness and just opposite of photos shown on their profile

They asked for extra money at check in time.And told to talk to customer care and customer care reply was too late.

Staff and location

I have booked the AC room but in reaching the hotel they said that AC rooms are not available and they accommodate me in a non AC room.If you don't have AC rooms then you should inform the guest before their arrival.Also booking.com customer support is very very worst.

Everything was great, the room, location, staff. Awesome stay. The room was very clean and services were also good. The behaviour of the staff was very friendly.

All is well and the food provided by hotel is tasty but there are abnormalities which I found that 1 litre water bottle of 30 Rs. And one cup tea of Rs.30. I think the change of above mentioned product is not reasonable.Otherwise hotel is very well for stay either for family or couples.

Room service, staff was friendly, neat and clean property....loved the ambience and the silent atmosphere. Also the food was yummy and awesome. ?❤️

Staffs are very friendly.Grocery store Reliance Fresh and some restaurants in walking distance.

No english speaking staff.Mushroom growing on the exhaust in the toilet.No safety deposit box in the room.Bedsheet with stains and kept a towel to hide those stains.Very Noisy. Always hear walking, talking loud, banging doors or beating something on the first floor corridor. Even in the midnight. If I asked to clean the room, housekeeping cleans the room only and they leave bathroom (toilet) untouched. So everytime need to ask room and toilet. On arrival also looks like rooms were not cleaned. Toilet was dirty. Stains on bedsheet and quilt. Looks like bedsheet and quilt were not changed after previous guest check-out.

Manager denied check in ever after booking. He was very rude and unprofessional

Rooms were dirty, bed sheets had stains all over. we used our own sheets which we carry when we are on vacation. Hot water was not available for quiete sometime in this cold weather. Worst experience WRT room.

Nice decor and design. Overall a comfortable stay. Comfy beds and spacious room.

Rooms are clean And whole property and other things are newly built and very good environment.

It was at the heart of new Indore city. Close to lot of restaurants, marriage gardens, superstores and Bombay Hospital. It is bit inside which is great because it reduces the sound and pollution that main road hotels get. The property is newer so it’s in good condition.

There was suffocation inside rooms, had to turn on AC. Even then the dusted stale air remained. I think AC filters need to be cleaned regularly.TV remote was broken and was wrapped with tape. Didn’t work. Blanket cover had hole in it and towel was of mediocre quality.Toiletries weren’t provided.

The staff was really warm and welcoming.. Special mention for Mr. Arjun Singh . Really nice and warm

The location as it was too interior.. And the rooms could have been more spacious
