- Room is not worth of money. Wash rooms are small, TV is not working, basin is broken.
- The Bed is in bad condition, oil stains on Bed Linen, Bathroom is in very bad state, needs repairs, not comfortable, old property, but rates are high not value for money, I changed the hotel after one night.

It is NOT a 3 star hotel, more like 1 star. Rooms are pathetic. AC doesn't work. Windows dont open, shower doesn't work. No cloth hook inside bathroom. No towel stand. Bad staff. Bad intercom.
The staff is cooperative and courteous but need more training in housekeeping and hospitality.
The beds are not at all ergonomically chosen. Very uncomfortable for senior citizens, people with back problems.The bathroom fittings are non functional.Apart from bottled water which is charged RO water could have been provided in the rooms.

there is no way to pay with an international bank card. they asked for my data, although I indicated everything through the application. sent my data to the police and at one point asked me to leave the hotel. I travel a lot for work, but this is the first time I've met this. cannot provide a normal receipt for accommodation. staff doesn't speak english. you have to communicate through an interpreter.
