The Park Indore

The staff was very accommodating Complementary taxi ride Exceptional buffet hotel employee at the front desk hotel employee and too many to remember at the restaurant were so helpful. Chef always went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our food.

Very good rooms and food. Very helpful staff. Excellent spa experience thanks to Linda

Easy to check in and always available for the guests Fantastic property with all the essential amenities and all the desired service the staff is very helpful especially Barsha at the reception One should definitely try their ‘Butte Ke Kis ki Tikki’

Location is close to the many central areas like Vijay Nagar , LIG etc & away from city noise . Phoenix citadel mall is just opposite to the Hotel . Breakfast spread is just amazing with an outstanding staff with great customer orientation. Entire Hotel staff is very cheerful , cooperative & always available at your service round the clock .

Nothing specific

The Indian cuisine is great but the kitchen needs to up their game in continental and other cuisines. The egg station at breakfast, was serving over cooked and cold veggies. Perhaps its better to cook those on demand and not let them overboil/overcook

Wifi was very poor, did not work most of the time

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night so I didn’t get to try the food.

The hotel was good overall but missing some things to be a 5 star: the minibar was empty, and there was no hair dryer. The staff was nice but very insistent on writing reviews. They even suggested that they do it for me.

The service was very good. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Very good stay.

Location could have been more central.

To complete my journey in Indore, my friend and my friend decided to reside at the park hotel. To confirm my details I spoke to Varsha the previous night who was extremely professional and kind enough to sort out our requirements as we were reaching earlier the following day. They were kind enough to accommodate our early check in, buffet services and more. The room service was prompt and there was a variety of food with different cuisines available to order. The rooms were clean and spacious and had all that was needed.Would be an ideal stay for those looking to travel for both leisure or business purposes. The distance from the hotel to the airport took an easy 35 mins. The distance from the hotel to omkareshwar took bout 3 hours and to mahakaleshwar an hour and 15 mins.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, particularly Srajal who helped make the check in and check out process/storing luggage very smooth. Coffee and restaurant meals were excellent!

breakfast was good and still i m continue in this property in room no 2408 for marriage function .. reception staff is very rude n rough .. they don’t provide 2 keys in room for couple .. even told many times all guests are facing problem with 1 key as can’t excess key if 1 person go out .. need to go together to help each other .. really surprised ?

behaviour of reception staff and lies abt key all the time our team is trying to sort out some technical issues issue .. but it is not true . to some people they are providing double key .. i m not understanding why they say no .. never ever heard abt this ..shocking .. after that asking .. we will charge 250 for extra key .. even we said yes n told thm we will comment .. they don’t care .

Well trained staff. Particularly impressed with the hospitality of Barsha and Anjali

Well maintained and staff courtesy

Stay was excellent. Housekeeping and food was at park with any luxury property. I was greeted by Srajal at the lobby and escorted till the room. This was an unique experience now a days when all the properties are just skipping the old fashioned setup. Much appreciated their services and the property upkeep.

The staff was friendly. Srajal and Satish were very courteous polite and friendly. Would absolutely recommend the park.

It’s not clean. Service is very slow. Food was horrible

The breakfast buffet was quite lavish, unlike the usual food options. It had something for everybody. The staff was so courteous, be it at the front office, restaurant, or the pool. The DJ at the Aqua had a refreshing playlist. The hotel is located conveniently between the highway on one side and the city on the other. Across the highway is Phoenix Citadel Mall, probably the best and biggest mall in Indore, if one wants to visit.

The hotel is one of the best I have seen in indore, having stayed at the Lemon tree and Sheraton regularly. Love the rooms and ambiance of the place. I was glad I chose to stay at this property. Kudos to the entire Park team.

The staff needs to understand when a guest has requested something special. There are moments that don't come back, and some guests often come to celebrate their special moments at such lovely properties. Would request them to take care of such requests in a better manner.

Helping staff, calm environment, cleanliness, good food.

Menu book in room was in pieces, water clogging in shower area, unable to plug in hair dryer in bathroom,

It excellent no disturbance

No food in frig dry fruits and biscuits and kid vedio game parlor

Location and staff behaviour.

More option in breakfast.

Very good

I upgraded to suite by paying more than double of a room booked but much much smaller than expected And also very claustrophobic
