I had booked my hotel before 15 days. When I reach at hotel they said your booking is not here. Even though I didn't get any notification or mail. Then I called to customer care then they said that they will provide a new hotel but it was 8km away from my location. Then I said I don't want to stay here give my money back. Then they said money will refund in 14 days. They offer one more hotel which was 2 km from first location. I said ok. They talked to hotel manager he said I have rooms available. But when I reach that hotel he said that no confirmation mail from OYO. In this process I spent almost 2 hours.again I called to customer care then finally they sent mail. When I enter in room that room was not clean. They not even provide anything like water bottle, soap or basic things. They are not able to provide any kind of food like breakfast, lunch, dinner.WORST hotel ever i met in life.I don't recommend anyone to go there. Even though in future also I never book hotel from OYO.WORST experience with OYO.
