Great expectations due to Location and initial impression of Room; undone by loud music and guests
The hotel has no Policy to stop loud music in their Function Halls even at midnight. Music continued till 1.30 am inspite of repeated calls to Front Desk.
It was a basic hotel more of a Bed and Breakfast setup
Just average place. Breakfast starts after 8 am and that too very basic. Room had dampness and smell.

We had a great stay at Sonash, room was very comfortable and clean, no issues with the washroom, good breakfast spread, friendly courteous staff, allowed us to stay for a few extra hours after our official checkout because of bad weather. It's centrally located and will definitely stay here in the future. Deserves a 5 star review.
The Breakfast buffet, while sufficient and satisfactory, can be expanded a little since it is one of the factors that makes a hotel stand out from the rest. On the other hand, the dining area is excellent and the staff are always present to help out.
The hotel is situated on main road and has good connectivity. The car parking is in open on road but there's a security guard always present. Amneties provided are good. Linens ans pillows can be slightly more clean especially for the additional sofa-bed provided to accommodate 3 people. Bathrooms are clean, staff is excellent and supportive. Food is good with a wide spread.
