Not clean. AC poured out black stuff all over bed. Sheets and towels old grey and stained. Cleaning on request only. Room not well maintained. Mold present and painting needed. Beds TOO soft (old…)

Not maintained well. Moldy in rooms. NOT CLEAN. Floor dirty. Sheets old, stained and dusty. Very dirty ver hard foam mattress only (not cot) supplied for additional person. Cleaning Service on request only.
Hotel Location is excellent, it's in heart of the City. Rooms are Spacious & Clean.

They didn't keep my original reservation to Hotel Ambassador and asked me to go to their other hotel Hotel Purva; which I wasn't happy with. Also they said I should have gotten an email from them which I didn't. So be aware of this when one books this hotel that they might not have a room when you arrive.
Location is very good, also there staff is very helpful and supportive.
Room size is not enough for family.

We asked for extra blanket, to which they provided one single bed dirty blanket. After several arguments they provided is with the good double bed blanket which they could have provided us earlier.
